Formula GT Cockpit View

Apologies in advance if this has been covered already but I've tried searching and it's come to nothing.

Anyone got any idea when the Formula GT got a cockpit view? I just stumbled across it by accident!

When everything else Standard got a cockpit view in Spec II.

The LMP cars like the Courage(s) and such got the same attention to detail. I assume its because the black silhouette is easy to do when everything is inside a cabin/cockpit but it would be REALLY stupid to do that with an open top car.

I personally love it on the LMPs.

Been covered before....
All open cockpit cars all ready had a basic cockpit so that the camera on replay and B-spec did not look wrong as the drivers turned corners holding nothing in their hands.
