Heidfeld overheated his engine and people have to go through the debris to avoid a penalty.

Jeez.. Thank god Heidfeld made a rapid dash for freedom successfully. Parked in a dangerous place as well.

Where you prefer he parked? In the pit lane near all the people?

Times are hard, carbon fibre is expensive and in short supply... Perhaps fibre glass? Every race it happens to HRT... Surely it's not safe?

Shards of fiberglass don't puncture tires.

Surely the Lotus name is jinxed? How many fires now?

Good time to pit.

Schumacher takes it as a cue to pit permanently... Wonder if Massa will get checked for that?

Oh... Pit crew fail. Let's tow the car into the pit exit,

Wow, a bit of a crazy decision not to put out the safety car... it looked like the marshall got hit by a piece of the car when it blew up, and that he was lucky not to end up lying in the middle of the pit exit with an injury...

I didn't mean it like he had a choice lol.. Just saying it's a bit more dangerous, especially with everyone in their Pit Window.

Safety car would've made it interesting. Not for a flaming Renault but no problem putting it out for a wet start.

Lets not forget they did it because they never used the new tires in the wet.

Police powers don't excuse you from traffic rules...

Alonso now having a go at Webber... Vettel's fresh tires pulling him up to the McLarens.

Good race so far, all thanks to the weather. Im sure they should make sprinklers obligatory at valencia.

Seeing that we have had a massive engine failure, time for this!
