I would love to have an original 1960's Mini (Cooper especially) too. As for the tracks, most of my favourites are in FM3 already, but I would like Monza and Spa, and also a 5 mile long straight for testing the car's top speed.

I agree, recent supercars would be the best.

And more V8 Supercars (which actually sound like V8 Supercars) with Bathurst of course
 
I would like to see some more practical cars, like a Chevrolet Cavalier, Chevrolet Caprice, Ford Tempo, Chevrolet Corsica etc.

I agree, but I think that would mean redesigning the physics engine from scratch, because apparently Forza 3's current physics don't support open wheel cars.
