And we have Rimac in the game so why not Bugatti?
Rimac agreeing to a deal to have its cars licensed does not mean Bugatti falls under the same deal.

Bugatti is still the more known & higher tier brand, and now that Mate is the CEO, he or whomever, may have decided to restructure how Bugatti licenses its vehicles. PG/T10 may also be deciding to use the vehicles as incentives to keep players engaged by releasing them down the line.

We knew going from 900 at the end of FH5's life to 550+ in FH6 was going to mean there would be a great selection of cars not ported from FH5. And especially since all the cars need QOL updates - New Forza Aero (as much as it is a disappointment IMO), Paintable window stickers, different rims front to back. And that's not including physics, QA testing, licensing, the 10 or so remodeled cars etc.

Still, we get two Vulcans and not one modern Jag? Not one F-Type?

We get 3 Modern Dodge Challengers but no 70's road going Escort?

We get 5 different Audi R8's - but we are still stuck with the 2013 Merc A-Class. And a 2010 Audi TT, when last game we had 2018 and 2020 models.

We could go on and on.... However IMO the Car list still looks really good despite the interesting omissions.. For all that we've lost, we do have the strongest line ups from Nissan, Honda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Toyota and Mazda we've ever had in Horizon. And for a game set in Japan, that matters the most.

I'm hoping the Hennessey Exorcist and Mammoth 6x6 and 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG will return but it's still a awesome list.

The ones I'm most disappointed won't be in at launch are probably the Ford F100, '40 Ford Coupe, Holden Sandman, EB110, and the Lambo Espada.

One that I'm more so baffled by than disappointed is the Hummer H1 being nowhere to be seen. That just strikes me as odd since it's been in almost every horizon. Lot of weird omissions this time around.

Absolutely. And if the playlist and DLCs are anywhere country-centric as FH3 and FH4's were, we're going to get a lot more JDM stuff down the line.

So the Dodge Ram SRT10 is returning? That's cool to see!

I saw one recently on Aussie roads (apologies for the blurry photo).

I thought with the omission of Bugatti, that it would really disappoint me but nah. Perhaps it's just because it's set in Japan and when I think Japan, I think light cars with good handling rather than top speed rockets.

Losing Bugatti means losing the Type 35, one of the most important and successful race cars in history. It also puts the kibosh on hopes of one day getting a Type 57, and those are the real losses to me.

Too many posts to read. Has anybody revealed the cars listed as barn finds yet? I'm pretty sure I've got all of them but I may have missed something.

The saddest part is that there's like, 7 of us that will actually miss the Type 35.

I have played GT4 and I remember it well. That game didn't have Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, or Porsche. It missed huge European icons like the E30 M3 and had a massive list of duplicates for Miatas and Skylines. Yet, I loved that game, and it’s still one of my favorites today.

So, I can live with the absences in FH6, even if it’s a bit bitter to miss some cars.

Wait, YOASOBI - IDOL in the soundtrack? O_o
(It' a banger, but Oshi no Ko it's Overrated anime, Imho)

i would also add in the 2023 GR Corolla for car pass idk just got a strong feeling it'll end up for car pass lol

and HOLY finally the FD2 Civic Type R!!!??!! please tell me this is real 🥹

I'm guessing the first batch of Car Pass cars include:
  • 2023 Audi R8 GT
  • 2006 Dodge RAM SRT-10
  • 2008 Honda Civic Type R
  • 1998 Nissan Skyline GT-R Autech 40th Anniversary

Bugatti being ommited.....Bah. Not a huge loss, except for the EB110. I'm sure the brand will return and everyone will be happy to drive their precious and ugly Divo, Chiron and so on. Just give me the EB110 and that's it.

No AMC, McLaren Senna, Lancia 037, Land Rover Defender 90 being cut.......Sheesh. Gonna miss these too.

Well, atleast the Dodge Ram SRT-10 is coming back along with the Maserati MC12.

Was hoping for some modern WRC cars but there’s nothing past the 2017 M-Sport Fiesta.

I will miss doing win streaks with my Bugatti Divo. Time to start a petition for Playground to bring Bugatti back ASAP with no FOMO (directly to the Autoshow, and not as a car pack either).

Eh, no big loss for Bugatti for me. I'll miss the Type 35, but anything past the EB110 I'm not upset about losing, I never drove them anyway.

The F100 and '40 Ford missing along with the '03 and '95 Cobras does bug me a bit, but I imagine a lot of these missing cars will come back at some point. I was hoping the '84 SVO would make the list as well, but oh well.

Yeah I'm the same Bugatti really don't bother me either way.

I'm more sad about loosing
Audi RS2
Noble M400
G80 M3
CTS-V wagon
E55 AMG estate
Most of the good lotus and jaguars - lotus 340 and project 8 to name a few.
And a bunch of others.

I can only hope these will be drip fed back in throughout the games life cycle. That I'm assuming will be at least over then next 4-5 years.

Oh they will bring them back as FOMO. It's the same crap that they did with Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Abarth. And same goes to those missing cars too.
