Well, the Mclaren W1 can hit 280+ MPH in stock form which kind of surprised me, You've just got to put it in "sport" mode instead of track mode. Is that actually how fast it goes IRL or have they messed up the drag figures (similar to the 599XX E from FH4!).

It’s kind of funny how I find the Seasonal Championships in the Weekly Playlists tedious, just tasks I need to perform to get the points. But I’ll spend an hour on the track lapping again and again, trying to shave a few more hundredths of a second off my time. And despite putting so much effort into improving my racecraft, I’m still so slow.

Just a few times from today:

Had no idea until now that the older BRZ has a rally kit, is that new? or has it been in other games too and I haven't noticed?

Slightly OT, but saw this clip pop on reddit

Any guesses on what the car was?

Fable x Forza Horizon crossover when 😂

I’d bet my money that it was a Morgan 3-Wheeler, as it wouldn’t look too out of place in that setting

And I hope the new things in the engine they did for Fable show up in the next Horizon to make it fresher.

Upgraded animations, character models and cinematics, together with proper quests, scripting and stories would be banging.

I don't quite know how it'd work, but I wonder if we'll see some form of Fable cross promotion in FH6?

Even something like the Halo props in Event Lab could work, some Fable universe props, could make for some cool garages.

I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned this, but it seems we now need to provide ID to verify our age to be able to download tunes for cars (possibly only for people in the UK). You have got to be kidding me, I'll just play AC Evo and Rally instead.
when the age verification came in I ignored it, as it just meant no interaction on socials with somebody who isn't a friend. A few weeks ago MS started treating some XBox accounts as age verified due to how long the account has existed; if you're one of those, you should have had a message to say you're now age verified.
round about the update for the Mascots series I went to download a tune and got told I needed to open up my socials settings to allow me to download user-generated content; I was expecting to trip over the age verification stuff, but it didn't.
Conclusion: something changed in the way XBox content is handled/checks privacy & security settings about 5 or 6 weeks ago, and it interacts with the UK online-safety act requirements for age verification on UK accounts

I think it must be taking them time to apply the changes to accounts, as it sounds like what happened to mine happened to yours earlier. Mine also tells me I need to change the settings, but when I go into the account, I can't change the settings unless I age verify.

It's crazy, are they saying that if a child plays the game, who cannot age verify because they are genuinely a child, they can't download tunes?

I don't have any objection to them knowing my age, what I object to is that every method for verifying my age entails handing ID over to a random 3rd party company that will inevitably get hacked at some point.
