This confirmed list is absolutely amazing for my tastes.

Finally getting the Golf Rallye G90 , A missing link in the Volkswagen's 50th Golf history. And the Skyline Autech R33? That’s an amazing addition. Also, seeing a '74 Mazda Wagon (probally the Mad Mike's drifiting monster) is a massive nod to classic Japanese Drift car culture.
And of course, it's quite obivious that we getting the GR Corolla after all the Gazoo Racing Family confrimed in this game. Seems Toyota have a lot of love in this game, both modern, classic and niche cars. (Nissan and Honda too seems.) Hope that good relationship will made the debut of Daihatsu and the return of Suzuki (my Cappuccino should be in this game!!) since they both on Toyota Motor Company's Umbrella.

I love when Playground Games focus on cars with heritage. Can't wait to drive that Autech!

You hit the nail on the head. This feels like a carbon copy of what happened with FCA during the transition to Stellantis back when Forza Horizon 5 launched.

We saw Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Fiat, and Abarth vanish from the starting roster for quite a while because the legal restructuring of the brands meant all licensing agreements had to be renegotiated from scratch under the new corporate entity (Stellantis). So it's quite possibile that in future, Bugatti will bring back. (Damm I will miss for a while my beloved EB110)

The fact that the rare Skyline GT-R R33 Sedan which is made by Autech which is owned by Nissan is in the files gives me hope we may see the Autech Stagea 260RS as a separate car model as well.

I believe quite a few people have been asking for a Skyline Sedan and we may finally get one.

Along with the disappointing omissions of my oldhead faves (no '73 Trans Am? No Porsche 914/6? No AMC at all?), I did notice at least one returning favorite that hadn't been spotted -- the 1970 Camaro Z/28.

EDIT: also the '98 Cerbera (Speed 12?)!

Also kind of bummed that so many Volvos have been cut again; My first car was/is a C30 T5 (that my fiancée is currently driving), so I'm pretty partial to the brand.

It's definitely a strong car list at launch though. And, as others have said, I'm sure they will waste no time adding content back (for better or for worse).

Also, '08 Civic Type R? Are we getting the FD2?

Can we assume that all cars currently listed in the PC preload will be available from the start, or is it still possible that some of these cars will be available or drop some time later?

I think thats just the hatch the file names sometimes display the years differently than ingame. Notice how there is a 2015 Huracán when ingame its a 2014.

Can't be the FN2 hatch has always been 2007 and that is also in the files we have never had a 2008 type R before in horizon.


Also nice to get the road going version of the MC12 back again after being absent from FH5.

Well the 2014 Huracán is listed as 2015 in the files or does the 2007 Civic Type R Hatch appear as 2007 in the Forza Horizon 5 files?

t's a pity that some cars are missing, but it seems to be a Forza Horizon standard by now: in every game, something is missing at launch (and sometimes they never come back...).

Oh well, patience—there are plenty of other rides to drive.

The Zenvo TSR-S is in the list, I assume you mean the ST1. This was also missing from Horizon 5 at the start, I think they are pushing more for the TSR-S

Hot Wheels will probably return, they are one of the weird licenses.

The TSR-GT would be a good replacement for the ST1 or the TS1.

The Senna is missing, which is odd because it was a cover car, so we won't be getting that one at the beginning for owning FH4
