Wow, I could not stand that voice and condescension 1 minute into the video. Thumbs down and set to never recommend that channel again. I'm open to hear criticism on the game, I know I have reservations of my own, but I want such to be addressed in a mature way and this is not.

Of course I couldn't. I love these used cars dotted around, and that they change each time you load up the game.

Am I crazy, or are the traffic vehicles the worst drivers they have made in this Horizon? I have seen them crash into walls on their own and cause traffic jams, or they will just randomly brake on an empty street right in front of me.

I was doing one of the food delivery missions, and had to drive down an alley. I was doing well until a Wrangler just decided to stop right on the street I was passing right in front of the alley, causing me to t-bone it.

Anyone else car sounds a bit muffled? Changing to “headphones” setting seems to help a bit.

Ive noticed thst too,seems to be a lot of background noise,too much maybe.Ive altered various settings in the audio tab but its not really any better.If you get the car sounds to sound any better let me know,I dont want to keep using headphones.Im on XSX by the way.👍

I may be wrong, but I think they seem to put one that is conveniently of the class for the race you're heading towards, right next to said race.

Not a criticism, very helpful actually and I've had some interesting finds along the way.

This does seem to be the case, and considering you get the car and its upgrades for a pretty good discount most of the time it's a pretty clever way to both get players to try out new vehicles and also make sure they aren't stuck without a suitable car. The tunes aren't always the best, but they're usually enough to make for a competitive race and easy enough to adjust later on.

I'm quite happy with how mine sounds now, on TV and headphones. I've turned the sound fx, tyres and other sounds way down and now it's prominent engine and exhaust sound. I'll post a screenshot of my settings next time I'm on.

I came across the ‘73 911 on the side of the road. It was going for just over 900k credits, but I had just under 500k credits. By the time I had the money, it was gone.[Darth Vader]NOOOOOOO![/Darth Vader]

I was coming up to a conbini that had a mascot I wanted to smash, but there was a traffic car in the way, moving at a walking pace. So I drove around it. Just as I was about to turn left, it suddenly accelerated like a jet-powered dragster, blocking me yet again. There’s just no rhyme or reason to how they behave.

On a different note,there are sellers on ebay selling modded accounts for FH6 already! The games not on general release yet ffs,surely if somebody gets 10 Billion credits with all cars put in his account within a few days of release,T10 will be on it straight away.

I was doing a drone-assisted search for a treasure car and I found something even more remarkable: a floating fox. I think this is some kind of yokai? Am I in trouble?

are you using wireless controller connecting to bluetooth? Some post said that it makes the game stutter and suggest to use wired controller.

Yup, tried that, and I've just tried deleting the shader cache and it did absolutely nothing. So, I guess I'll reinstall the game

I know this is a shot in the dark but make sure you didn't have a driver failure/corruption and also make sure that you're not experiencing overheating or thermal throttling.

You may need 3rd party software to completely uninstall the graphics driver and reinstall it from scratch.

Driving around completing the races when suddenly I see an aftermarket XJ220 and 2020 GTR next to each other. I'll never save up for the expensive cars at this rate 😂

In last games if I remember correctly, it varies based on the value of the car. With more expensive cars taking much longer to complete..

Gridlife have a logo in the livery editor, doesn't seem to be currently any other reference to it in game so I'd expect maybe a proper collaboration in a seasonal playlist in the future maybe.

Unless im missing something, none of the Forza universe brand logos are available in he livery editor? Pretty bizarre since they used in the early trailer demonstrating the new window options.. they have added other new logos from the in game world so a little odd that they're not there.

Yeah, I noticed their absence, too. I really want the Prorata Tyres one to make lore friendly liveries.

Is it even a Horizon game if there aren't two roads that don't want to be found?

I haven't yet got there myself but I've found a couple of roads that didn't want to ping: one in Tokyo, one on the Hokubu/Ito border. Might it be worth posting pics or a video of the naked map here to see if others can spot?

I know this is a shot in the dark but make sure you didn't have a driver failure/corruption and also make sure that you're not experiencing overheating or thermal throttling.

You may need 3rd party software to completely uninstall the graphics driver and reinstall it from scratch.
