I seem to be running the game on a Windows laptop (my Xbox Series X is often used by my parents to watch TV during daytime), and I think I meet the minimum required specs, but why can't I get a stable 60fps?

For reference, here's my specs:

CPU: Intel i7-9750H CPU @2.60GHz (2.59GHz)
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650

I imagine the VRAM may be at a premium if it's a 4gb GPU. I'm only just about managing with a 6GB 3050.

Its either your VRAM or you haven't updated the Nvidia Game Ready Driver that support FH6
 
The absolute best thing about being able to put decals on windows is that you get to be a total weeb and geek out about putting the shaken / parking permit stickers on.

It's not fixable as such. It's the kind of issue where you need to buy a more powerful graphics card. As far as I'm aware there is no way to add VRAM.

Ooh, I'm gonna have to get these made up. Currently finding Japanese dealer stickers for European brands, such as Garage Italya for Maserati and BMW specific ones.

Planning to do the same here, I’ve already put Yanase stickers on all my Mercedes.

Hi team,

Hope you're all well.

Just popping in for some help quickly. I'm having trouble getting a code for the Fanta car online. Does anyone have any advice please? I solve the code little game, but when it comes to getting me to log in to create an account I can't. I've even tried a VPN to pretend I'm in the States.

I had to depend on someone else sending me a code I'm afraid. What I do know is that I had to be on a PC to even see the game page. Android Chrome didn't want to know. But I don't think I even got as far as the game.

That said these guys said it only works on phones and not PC.

I've been playing for almost 10 hours, I'm loving it so far and I'm up to the pink wristband, it does feel like more of a grind which is a good thing because the rewards at the end and legends island will be even sweeter.

The Aftermarket cars are just an addictive credit sink!

Some Sunday morning musings:
-Has anyone else noticed the all-around improved sense of speed?
-The time attack events and tracks are the best addition so far, and this is where FM (2023) physics/handling is more noticeable
-Have you noticed that many mascots grimace after you "kill" them? Now I feel bad... but I'm still going to get 'em all
-The Fable game is going to look incredible considering the detail of the natural locations, like the waterfall to the north

Is anyone playing it on PS5 controller on PC? Wondering if triggers and haptics work properly.

The game has absolutely zero support for PS controllers on PC, not even correct glyphs in the game, and certainly not haptic trigger support. It's pretty poor considering that The Crew Motorfest has had full PS5 controller glyph and haptic trigger support for years now.

Maybe because TCM was also released in PS5?
 
Hey everyone,

Stuck at 670/671 roads discovered in FH6 and I've been searching for hours with no luck. I've already. Brightness turned down, all icons hidden on the map, still can't spot the missing grey segment.

Attaching my full map screenshots below. If anyone can spot a grey segment I'm missing, I'd really appreciate it!

I’m using a DS4 but I have to run DS4windows and hidhide together to make the PC think its a Xbox controller, hidhide is a must to get it to work properly.

Haven’t tried dualsensex on my DS5 yet.

Gridlife have a logo in the livery editor, doesn't seem to be currently any other reference to it in game so I'd expect maybe a proper collaboration in a seasonal playlist in the future maybe.

Unless im missing something, none of the Forza universe brand logos are available in he livery editor? Pretty bizarre since they used in the early trailer demonstrating the new window options.. they have added other new logos from the in game world so a little odd that they're not there.

Grid life is present on the Datsun in the car pass (on the windshield banner) so there’s most definitely a vehicle partnership there at a minimum
 
I was in Daikoku in the parking lot. 🅿️ I'm playing solo, the other drivatars 🚗 are just driving around and I'm the only one parking in the parking lot, is that normal? Otherwise the game is absolutely great, I have to give it a 10/10. 🎮
 
Okay I have a question for everyone that has been playing. Over on reddit they are complaining about the AI at the higher levels have anybody run into any AI issues. What I have heard is a similar to GT7 with a couple of really fast rabbit cars, AI dive-bombing you if you are on the racing line all of the standard stuff. I ask hear because sometimes folks on Reddit are an echo chamber.
 
The Biffy Clyro guy Simon Neil on Horizon XS has a very relaxing voice which seems at odds with the heavy thrash soundtrack.

He's almost as chilled as Abbie and Atticus on Sub Pop.

I think this has been the case since the smashables in FH5.

The Shimanoyama kare raisu mascot already looks kinda pissed off with its job even before you smash it.

Checked out the rivals achievements and is there not a street racing equivalent to the Goliath?? The Marathon has been one of my favorite tracks in the last two games
 
I haven't done a huge amount yet, but really been enjoying my time on it so far, probably helped by the fact I've tried to avoid watching a lot of first look videos.

I used my purchase voucher to get the Yaris GR as my first auto show acquisition. I know it's still the early days, but the map really does feel huge in this game, I have quite a chunk still to explore yet!
