Here's the Top 10 most requested cars in the Suggestions Hub ATM

I made it to Elite status this morning. I liked the challenge required doing it.

Though one thing I find annoying about this game with its challenges (and I think the previous FH titles did this) is that when you do one; it doesn't display the requirements to get 3 stars while playing it. I mean, you get it right before entering the event, but that can be easy to miss if you're rushing in.

It baffles me how some people are able to just speedrun a game like that. I've got close to 30 hours in and I've just got the purple wrist band and found/drove half-ish of the roads...

I am missing 5 roads...

I think they confirmed that in one of the recent Q&As. I also think the Festival Playlists will have no expiration timer like in 5.
If only they would have done this with Forza Motorsport. I thought that Playlists would be permanent additions to Motorsport's career... not a FOMO nightmare. I hope we see Motorsport again, as Horizon 6 shows that the underlying systems that Horizon 6 adopted was not the issue. The issue was very poor leadership and forcing terrible live service practices. (Not to mention the lack of tracks at launch that made the limited career even worse).

I hope they find a way to add tracks like Suzuka to Horizon 6's map as well.

I watched Ericship's video about the upcoming Playlist, and it sounds like the Series History works by having a different points system. The total points you earn through normal Playlists get added to the History Playlist, where different milestones give you previous rewards you may have missed.

I guess a simple example is that if you missed getting a car in Series 1, but you complete Series 2 and 3, the total points from all 3 will add up and you would earn the car from the milestones set.

To bring back FM, first steps as follows:
  1. Assamble a team. A proper team with knowledge and experience in the franchise if possible, or car games at the very least, the best they can get. Just like Nick Wiswell and Lance Hayes returned for the audio/music, albeit too late...
  2. Asset audit. Everything outdated gets removed until it can be added back as it should, even if it means down the line as DLC. QA alongside it, track down as many issues and bugs carried from past games, and keep refining things post-release. When a player spots something obviously wrong in the first 5 minutes, it means something is definitely not working fine regarding QA.
  3. Just like GT Sport was a spin-off sort to say, between GT6 and GT7, do the same here. Consider FM23 non-canon and call the new one Forza Motorsport 8. It should literally be double the game FM4 was, that's the mindset. (Even if not possible of course, but hey, aim for a 10, maybe you land a 8, if they aim for just 'good enough'...yep)
And everything else builds on that. That game requires ambition, passion. FM23 lacked soul, I enjoyed every FM before that, even poor FM5 who got bashed like there was no tomorrow...a proper comeback deserves something special, no need to rush it.

In the meantime, FH6 is the other way round, this is the best Horizon I've ever played, hands down, the experience is familiar of course after so many years, but the overall package just works better than I expected. Hopefully it inspires whoever needs to to revive FM, it really deserves a proper solid game after the decline in this decade.

The new Xbox CEO is apparently giving a lot of people hope again in regards to Microsofts Xbox division. Also I feel like the issue with leadership lies in the issue with how America functions itself. Its all about unlimited growth in a finite planet all to make the rich richer and its destroying quality and also society and the enviroment. I dont think Forza Horizon 6 would be as good if it the HQ of the devs wasnt in Europe. Europe has a lot of worker and consumer protections. So the only way things could get better for any of the American studios for all the devs is if America fundamentally changes. But maybe the new CEO will surprise us or Microsoft has finally realised that listening to customers can be profitable. We will see but I wouldnt get my hopes up for all those other public American businesses. These massive companies have more power than the majority of citizens and they influence the quality and aspects of games and other products. It turns out when a selfish person has a lot of money that they arent just selfish anymore they are evil and dangerous. And those are the people behind these companies. I am hoping for the best that things get better regarding the American business landscape and thus also Forza Motorsport. Only time will tell.

Its not going to happen as long as America doesnt fundamentally change unfortunately. The problem with the game comes from Microsofts business practices and that in turn comes from how America functions. Its all about unlimited growth which means sacrificing everything over profits.

I wish the problem was much simpler but its unfortunately a collection of many problems.

I tried quite a few different builds with the Supra, and finally got one down to 1:39.8 in rivals (86th on the leaderboard). I still can't win against Unbeatable AI with it because they force you to take corners in a terrible fast in slow out style, otherwise they'll dive down the inside and smash into you. Share code if you want to try it.

So I take it the Nissan Be-1 is going to be a Playlist reward car at some point? I have the other three Pike Factory cars and want to display all four in my Tokyo House garage.

Anything else about the car pass the rest of 22 cars the people who look in data people find anything and ye I have problems with the game visually when it comes to trims of the cars it’s looks worse then fh5 there’s some shadow shaders problems say for black trim or plastic black trim looks very light black or a faded grey in the sunlight then in fh5 that wasn’t the case and in fh6 most black cars in the garages look dark blue and the carbon fibre the same looks lot more crap and my fav car has problems aswell so and well I’ve loaded the story and I’m bored of it it’s literally back with fh3 same thing happened didn’t play it at all and I don’t think I can get my 120€ back
Why the laughter faces it’s a problem in the game that needs to be sorted

Yes, we don't know when though. I really hope that they are holding some of the playlist only cars and going to add some to the aftermarket spawn pools. Otherwise, why have them in the game if we aren't getting them in the first 2 series.

And fix the hdr problem and make the trips and carbon filer look more accurate to actual cars like say Matt black plastic trim look like the actual cars instead they f a faded light black faded grey very off putting

And also get rid or regulate capitalism in order for any of this to even become a possibility.

Having a week off work start the same time the game came out on early access helped, but I don’t know whether to be proud or ashamed of those stats.
