Yayyyy, I finally made Area Supervisor after days of mindnumbing grinding which must surely evoke the soulcrushing experience of being a real delivery driver.

Actually, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be. They switched up the mission names and NPC dialogue enough so that it didn't really feel repetitive and trying to score 3-star reviews kept it just this side of boring for me.

Now to hang up my RakuRaku cap for good and kick back... wait, what on earth is this uniform they sent me just now? Nooooooo... 😭

Don't forget. You're here forever.webp

I was kind of hoping for a RakuRaku edition Acty or at least an official livery, but I guess people will be creating these in short "order".

That's kind of a crazy amount of cars. Maybe some of them will show up in Playlist so we don't all have to grind out those skill points until the end of time.
I'm in a weird spot with this particular aspect. One one hand, I'm glad that wheelspins, and to an extent credits, no longer hemorrhage out of every orifice like they did in FH4 & 5, especially since I'm trying to better manage my cars this time around. Imo it gives the wheelspin system, and cars in general, a little more value this time around.

On the other hand, there's a good number of cars here that were my go-to's in previous games, and the wheelspin system seems to give credits and cosmetics a lot more frequently than cars. It also kinda sucks when it comes to making variants of a specific cars for different classes and/or race types (some of which I can only have 1 instance of due to them being Barn Finds or Treasure Cars).

I really wish we had alt text for images, because I have no clue who this is.
The Viper-driving High-Schooler Act One antagonist of Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift. Can't remember his name, but it'll be Buck or something and the actor will have been 34 at time of filming.

A propos of nothing; Tokyo Drift might as well be the Clooney/Pitt Ocean 11 equivalent of the Fast & Furious franchise... it's a bit cringy, it's not as good as it ages, but it's still a mile (or 9) better than all the other films in the franchise.

Potential stories and jobs that might get added in future update
There are 2 stories and 2 jobs that aren't in the game yet. They still have a bunch of placeholder stuff so there aren't much of details yet.
Stories :
  • An icon story featuring Helena (possibly similar to FH5 icons of speed story)
  • A story about charm featuring keiko

Jobs :
  • Advertising job? No more details on this one
  • This one is quite an obvious choice hint : there are already 2 cars in the game perfect for this job
Where did u find that from ?

The increased verticality in this game makes for some crazy jumps. I think they just might have made Cross Country great again.

When I was doing The Titan I used the offroad viper FE with a S2 900 tune, and on many of the jumps I had to slow down on approach because otherwise I was overshooting the next checkpoint.

Main reason the Altezza/IS300 really got popular aside from the clear-corner taillights was because they originally used the same engine as the Supra, albiet slightly detuned. That meant there was already a huge catalog of aftermarket parts when it hit the market so it quickly got a foothold in the tuner scene, especially after the Supra was discontinued.

Its popularity quickly fell off with the second generation though, as they discontinued that engine for some rather underwhelming V6 options.
It also had one of the best-looking instrument clusters around, the chronograph-style design was, and still is, great.

So to get the Motor and battery swap under car upgrades in the journal, its costs like 100k plus an EV car cost to get it or search the aftermarket car locations and buy the modified Wuling EV, it has an engine swap already and the car costs little to no money. Just go to upgrades swap stock motor and battery in, apply changes, change back to the 235BHP motor and the Journal entry gets completed.

I’m starting to have audio problems with the game after 2+ hours of playing. I can hear the car engine sounds and radio, but no dialogue voices nor any environmental sounds.

Thanks, but @Digitdan7 already gave us this tip on Tuesday.
