Well, you were literally told and advised not to.
I saw videos of people getting a lot of money from doing this many laps in autodrive. And I obviously cant put a input every minute if I am asleep otherwise I would be awake. So I am never doing it again unless they do changes.

Changes which they won't make specifically to stop this kind of stuff.

Man I was really hoping for a PS5 Release date at this State of Play. Ahh well...
They could announce it at the Xbox Games Showcase this Sunday, despite the changing politics at Xbox, or is it spelt XBOX? 😂

That's what happens you don't listen to what others say, over and over and over again.

Stupid question, is there an website witht the leaderboards ? Because hunting setup for cars sucks atm...
No, it’s been this way since the first game :(

I put a suggestion up to allow tuning setups to be downloaded from Rivals, but the Feedback Portal is incredibly bad at digging up previous submissions so I can’t even find it to link to you.

So I'm out of races to do and still have like 4,000 Horizon points needed to get the gold band. How do you do that? Rerunning the races doesn't give you Horizon points.

Check your Journal, there is lot to do towards getting Horizon Points. Mainly: PR-Stunts, Doing laptimes on racetracks/drag strips for each category, photography of cars, Rivals etc... pick whatever suits you best

I beat the final Trailblazer by launching a fully upgraded Vulcan off the mountain to get as close to the highway as I could, then just taking the east side of the highway into Tokyo. It's not the shortest route by distance, but the speed difference makes up for it.

My first attempt involved plowing through trees, struggling to get up hills, and many flips and rolls, only to finish a few seconds short. It was easier to just take the highway.

PR Stunts, Time Attacks, Drag Meets, Rivals, Stunt Parties.

Doing most of them should get you to gold.

Can't fathom why you would need to do this in a game like this anyway.

As an experiment. Even if it worked I would have probably only done it once. Was never going to be something I cared for outside of doing it once. I do weird experiments all the time in my life because thats quite frankly part of who I am.

If you really want to grind, the method is using one of those estate maps with a ton of props that have special destruction skills tied to them, in a 22B with its skill tree maxed out. It goes up to 9x skill multiplier, and its 2.5x multiplier increasing rate perk is bugged and actually gets to 9x nearly instantly. Then you can buy even more 22Bs and dump your accumulated skill points into buying the super wheelspins in their skill trees. Or, the Lamborghini Reventon has a super wheelspin and 3 regular wheelspins, making it easier to obtain wheelspin exclusive cars, but the car is expensive enough that you're very unlikely to gain more credits than you spent.

It's mind numbing. I did it barely looking at the screen while watching a friend play something else over Discord. I began to hate it quickly. But at least I got some exclusive cars, which I was bound to get eventually anyway.

Remember, you're here to have fun.

Yes I find it fun doing weird experiments. Didnt want to grind just wanted to try something out. I do the exact same things in real life and have been since I was a kid. And if it wasnt for my autism or ADD I would probably be a completely different person. But thanks for the tip.

An extra note about the 22B: If you receive it through a gift barn and apply a livery to it, it won't keep it if you log back into the game. Most likely a bug. I tested if it happens if you get it from the Autoshow, but the livery stays for that case.

Not gonna lie the bugs in this game have been fairly minimal or at least not that game breaking compared to 4 and 5. They really put a lot of effort into this game and it shows. The glazing I have been doing since September was 100% worth it in my opinion. There is obviously room for improvement but the foundations are already solid and I have hopes that this game will fundamentally change with updates as well.

You guys can't just play the game normally? I always see the complaint that "Forza just throws cars at you" but I also cannot go onto the community made stuff without getting 20+ pages of "100000xp in 5 secs". Sorry but it is annoying, and I feel like the grind is more enjoyable and rewarding. I get people work (I do too), but doing all of this just takes away from the fun of the game.

Also, I have been sifting through the event lab to find actually good maps. It is time consuming because it is filled with either the maps I stated previously, or Goliath maps that go around the whole map. I'll post a list if anyone is interested.

PR Stunts, Time Attacks, Drag Meets, Rivals, Stunt Parties.

Doing most of them should get you to gold.
Also, Horizon Promo is easy to do when doing a race by yourself, takes like 15 seconds to take a picture of cars. Does not give a lot of points (each car is 10) but it adds up to a lot.

"I have limited time to play because I'm so busy" has always been the funniest argument for grinding like this. If you have such limited time, why aren't you spending it having fun?! You already don't have the time to drive all those cars, and you'll have none to do anything if you spend it all grinding some mind numbing nonsense!

Personally I'd prefer to get access to each and every car from day 1, but maybe that's just me. I quickly filled my garage in FH5, but I still played it regularly until last summer.

The only reason I've been doing the wheelspin grinding is, rather annoyingly, to get a One:1 since they made it a wheelspin exclusive this time around. Though at this point it feels like it would be a better turnout to just snipe one off the auction house, as annoying as that also is. Usually the first vehicle I save up for is a One:1, and I have plenty of CR to buy one now, but I can't because it's not in the autoshow. I am pretty sure it isn't available as a progression reward either, so that sucks.

Do correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to be wrong.

I've been torn on snapping up an F355 Berlinetta off the auction house because it's probably my most-wanted (non-Forza Edition) wheelspin car, but it also bugs me to see a car in my collection that has somebody else as its original owner in the history section, and I figure that now that I've absolutely obliterated the career in less than a month, it's nice to still have game-provided incentives to chase besides the weekly playlists. Besides, my own little DIY career mode where I do custom one-on-one street races against a succession of increasingly exotic opponent cars is the kind of "make your own fun" I'm glad the game lets me do, and it'll keep me busy for a while.

Also, Kudos Prime lists the One:1 as wheelspin only, so I regret to report that you are not wrong. But it could be worse: I wasted my free car voucher on a Ferrari F40 because I figured it would be too obvious to use it on one of the most expensive cars and it'd be fun to have a multi-million-credit exotic classic early on to hoon around wtih, only to learn not long afterwards that you get a free one if you customize all your garages. Whoops.

I would love for them to remodel the F355 to actually resemble a 1994 one. Not only is it inaccurate but its a post 1997 one with the F1 which didnt exist before 1997. Or at least introduce a new variant like the F355 GTS and have that replace the outdated one in a future title but for this game both would coexist.

Did you check the observatory down the lake under the stadium to the west ? it's close to a dirt loop and it's easily missable. It's a small parking area with a pair of binocular you can rent. It's just a very tiny tick and if you don't visit it, it won't register.

I believe I did it if I’m thinking of the place you’re on about, would you be able to show it on the map just to be sure? I’d really appreciate it

Almost certain I've missed this, and as far as I was aware, I'd found all the roads around the stadium. Will check now, thank you.
