Looking through the string tables pertaining to Playlist data, I believe that Series 3's theme might be "Italian Exotics", just in time for the Italian Passion Car Pack View attachment 1543953
Possible, though the Car Pass doesn’t usually connect with the theme of the Playlist. Chances are, the 12Cilindri might be a Playlist Car, knowing that PGG’s got to up their game with even more intense competition (Clutch, TC Motorfest, GT7 and TDU Solar Crown)

I am telling you, the traffic drivers in this game are so drunk. It honestly is hilarious just to be driving on the highway, and see one of the traffic cars decide that it missed its exit, so it just drives throw the railings and falls.
I do not know what they did to the traffic, but I don't want them to fix it.
With the theme of Italian Exotics, I think that these cars will be the most likely candidates to be added via the Playlist:
Returning Cars:
2018 ATS GT
2020 Lamborghini SC20
2019 Italdesign Zerouno
2019 Italdesign DaVinci
2002 Ferrari 575M Maranello (Remodelled hopefully)
1968 Ferrari 365 GTB/4
2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante
2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio
Nope. They can’t add that.

Probably the most logical starting point, and the most 'realistic' prediction, I'd say.
There's also a few suspiciously absent Italian cars just in FH6's launch roster alone--I can't be the only one perplexed that Maserati's 2010 GranTurismo S somehow skipped the launch of a Horizon game after being in every single one up to now. Betting that's at least a Series reward, if not in the Playlist itself.

Why dont they just bring returning cars from 5 into the Autoshow and have the Festival Playlist cars be New to Forza or cars we havent seen in a really long time?

There can't be only one pre-21st Century car to add. The Ferrari 365 GTB/4 and 250LM, De Tomaso Pantera, Fiat Dino and X1/9, Lamborghini Espada and Jarama, Lancia Fulvia and 037, and Maserati A6GCS/53, 300S and Birdcage absolutely need to come back.

Those should be Autoshow and the ones that are New to Forza should be Festival Playlist and Car Pass. We know a lot of people were not happy when they brought a lot of cars from Forza Horizon 4 into the Forza Horizon 5 Festival Playlist.

It's crazy to me we finally got De Tomaso back in Forza after 14 years - only for them to be missing in the next game! Would be the perfect series to port this guy over from Motorsport. (if it is an Italian Themed Season)

If we get some new Italian stuff then the Iso Grifo GL 365 would be cool. It was at one point the fastest production car ever. I also think it looks great, like an Italian take on a big American Muscle car
No, but those of us that have are trying to help other players who are close to doing it with finding their last missing roads. @Populuxe has resurrected a thread for this purpose since the original was deleted at the OP's request.
It’s frustrating when you’re stuck one or two short of all 671 roads discovered. So let’s share our information with each other. When you find that last road, let us know where it was. Hopefully you’ll have the clue that will help the next person. Because that’s how community works, and the community is always deserving.
I’ll start. I found my last road in Tokyo City. I’ve marked it in red on the map below. Taking the upper level of this bridge north, I followed the road to the west and “671/671 roads discovered” popped just as I approached this Nangan Region overhead sign...
A GR Corolla RC2 rally car developed by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing will compete in the American Rally Association (ARA) National Championship – the premier rallying series in the United States – in 2026. The car made its public debut as the GR Corolla Rally Concept at the Tokyo Auto Salon in January...
Would it be theoretically possible with the correct parts and bodykit and an appropriate livery to approximate the WRC using this car? I know it wouldn't be nearly the same as having an official release but it sounds to me like it'd be more likely to occur than a WRC licensed car pack in Horizon.
