The Italian translators are ok bud. Just bear with them, they have a habit to see everything in black and white.
I'm not surprised they decided to go with a joke-free title as I'm completely bamboozled trying to think of a response to your clever comeback.

I even considered taking a look at the list of past residents of London Zoo but it didn't quite Pan Pan out and would probably be considered Chi Chi-ting.

It's @Apple Slipper to whom I owe apologies as he is top of my friends leaderboard right now. You both must have immense patience to be able to do everything in D class as ambling up all those steep inclines can literally be an uphill struggle.

I'm ashamed to say my moderate success at cross country is going straight to my head. I've already swapped my caring friendship heart badge for a vainglorious plastic crown I can barely fit upon my swollen noggin and am considering changing my username to Notorious B.I.G.'E.A.D. while I anticipate the precipitous fall before which pride often goeth once more people get around to doing Rivals.

One thing's for sure, though: win or lose, I'm having the time of my life in this immensely enjoyable videogame and can't help but think anyone who dismisses it as FH5 in Japan is only making excuses to attempt to justify their not playing it. In my eyes it's cuddly Uncle Torbs and his sidekick Blurry Don who should really be strutting around like the cock of the walk (whatever that means) after knocking this one out of the Tokyo Dome ballpark.
I don't know about Panda bears, but @UKMikey thinks this game is the G.O.A.T.

I'm managed to fix my internet connection on my own, so I'm back.

I've completed quite a bit of the playlist, my first Trail of FH6 was certainly an experience. The first try we lost due to a few idiots including myself who managed to miss the same checkpoint in the third race four times (yeah I know...) the second try there was only really two of us. There was only five to start with, one quit in the first race, one finished last in all three races, one fared a bit better and finished as high as sixth and then there was me and one other, i finished first in two races and finished second in the other whilst he finished first in one race with two second places and it all meant that we just managed to get it done in three races!

Won the trial on my third try, first one, I had a stock car (yeah my bad here but it was my first time so all in all it wasnt too bad) and the other player were bad. There was one fairly fast player but he was lke fourth, I was in good position behind the first 3 but missed a crucial gate in the first race so then it was over, I still did the 2nd race to see what it was. On the 2nd try, I had a better car but terrible player. I won but all the other player either quit or finished behind the red team. So I quit after the first race and the third one went kinda easy, I start just before last, climb up to third, the 2 other in front were players so I blocked the IA to let other player overtake them. In the 2nd race I realize we had enough pace so I went for the win.

Other than that, easy enough playlist. We sucked at cat and mouse, had to try 4 times until we managed to catch the mouse. I dont really enjoy that game. Eliminator was fine as I like that one.

Guilty as charged. It's so addictive, I'm spending all my time butting heads with other users' times on the Rivals board like a Billy no-mates. I hope they're not gruff about it...

Haven't managed to score the R35 Forza Edition yet, what's it like compared to the Pro Stock Camaro from FH5?
I was somehow able to snipe one on the Auction House the other day, and after driving it a bit I'd say it's....fine, I guess? The R35 FE isn't speed limited like the Camaro, so it can actually reach and exceed 300 MPH, and imo it looks a lot nicer. Also, the R35 has an insanely tall reverse gear. If you're able to keep the car straight, you can exceed 250 MPH in reverse, which is kinda fun.

Otherwise, it can't be upgraded in any truly meaningful way, aero can't be adjusted in settings, its ability to slow down is a wishful thought, and it has the expected staggered tire setup for drag cars, which means paper-thin front tires that can't turn the car in any remotely useful way (honestly makes me wonder how the car drove before Drag Tires were nerfed).

Much like the Pro Stock Camaro, the R35 FE exists for novelty/collectors sake more than actually being a useful car with an actual purpose outside of drags and top-speed runs.

Just on that last paragraph, the Pro Stock Camaro was actually a monster for S1 Cross Country on FH5, albeit one with a high skill requirement and it having nearly no margin for error in how to get to rotate.

But when tamed and on certain Cross Country routes, it was reportedly quicker than fast S2 class times. :odd:

I managed to get in to Touge just now but my opponent quit halfway through the first race when my Mustang left his Skyline in the dust. It still gave me the Lariat, though.

Here's the tune I used (share code 261 387 742):

I used this car+tune combo yesterday for the touge race. I even got a match the first time arround and beat my opponent in an MX5 in 2 races. Sadly, it did not trigger the event and I couldn´t get a good match afterwards... 🙄 Hope I get another chance in the remaining days as I quote like this tune for the mustang.

I also had problems that it didn't trigger. After a pc restart a day later, i got it after my opponent left the session after 3rd corner

They removed the car restricitions, any car will do now

Hmm. Today’s daily is “Win a race at the Shimanoyama Circuit in any car from the 1980s.” I just won a race at the Shimanoyama Circuit in my 1984 Peugeot 205 and it didn’t trigger.

Edit: I did it again in my 1987 Nissan Be-1 and it worked. ¯\(ツ)

Custom race is bugged. Use the the festival event instead.

I'm a little bummed that, since I no longer have GamePass, I won't be able to do quite a few of the seasonal events (and not score enough for a few rewards), but the experience with The Trial races in 5 wasn't exactly my favorite.

At least it still allows me to gift drop cars, although I've yet to receive one.

So you permanently bought the game but also have Game Pass? Also I think you can do everything in the Festival Playlist except the online stuff which I dont think is much you are missing out on.

UkMikey I don't want to play with you any more. After a hard day at work, I put on FH6 for a wind down and find this.......

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I wish the game just sent out a notification to the person I beat, instead of everyone else on the leaderboard too as seems to be the case judging from the above. It's only a race if the other guy wants to compete.

Talking of which, I got a popup saying @Populuxe beat my time at Sotoyama Scramble with an Opel Manta 400 and it was a really good run. It took a few laps to get ahead of him in the same car. Guess I'm going to be doing B class Dirt Rivals again today.

Next I won a race at Shimanoyama with an '84 Lancia Delta S4 and didn't get the Short Circuit challenge awarded. I suspect there was a nause-up in the description and they meant a Japanese '80s car.

[EDIT]Wrong. After about twenty laps of Shimanoyama I couldn't get it to pop until I did the actual Festival Event there in an 80s Japanese Eclectic Domestic (Honda City II). Bah.

Mate I'm all cool with it, it honestly made me laugh out loud at the long list of you whooping me after the last few days worth of posts on here.

I forget the race but Pops did me in his Opel as well.

I fell foul of the Shimanoyama race. I did it 3 or 4 times as a custom race and it wouldn't pop. I came on here for help and saw GlamFM's post saying the event is bugged. So big thank you to GlamFM.👍

I wish I'd read his post a little more carefully.
