I only restarted a few times for fear of something like that happening.

I've had the GTR appear twice & the 599XX Evolution.

I assume the dealer works off the same "routine" people were suggesting to get the FE cars to appear at the other "For Sale" spots around the map.
Interesting. I assume you purchased at least one of the first two which appeared? If so, that destroys my speculative theory we might be limited to one exclusive car per week.

On the face of it, you’ve had some good fortune there. I’ve seen people say they’ve spent 5 hours + without even a single wheelspin car coming up in the Italian dealership. I’ve had 1 in over 100 restarts. Most people are finding them to be incredibly rare.

Has anybody had problems not recieving credits from the AH? A couple of days ago I sold a few cars cheap,2-400k ish,but didnt see my credit go up.I shrugged it off as thinking i didnt pay attention to my credits.Anyway, today its happened again.I put a couple of duplicate cars from spins, went to collect my credits, usual message says added to balance minus etc,but they werent added to my balance.Im not putting a ticket into support, just wondered if its happened to anybody else.

I purchased both when I saw them. :)

How do I turn off the cop lights? They’re constantly on when I’m driving it.

They do spawn there, but not very frequently. Most of the time, it's been cars from the autoshow at a slight discount from my own experience.

Per the official website, these are the ones that can spawn. No Testarossa.

Wait so the Muira and 488 Pista aren't Wheelspin exclusives? Because they aren't available in the Autoshow. Anyway I bought the 488 Pista and I love it because it's handling is fantastic... A real joy to drive on some twisty roads. Shame it's at the bottom of S2.

The Muira is available at the autoshow, along with the other 2 cars.
In addition to my post about not recieving AH credits. The reason being,I set a max buyout but didnt set a max bid. :embarrassed: I cant believe I did that,FH6 isnt my first rodeo either.Senior moment.(thats my excuse)

I'm slowly getting faster (if you'll forgive the oxymoron) and managing to get decent times in a couple of the post-wipe Dirt Rivals leaderboards in Europe, at least. Globally these translate to top five scores but this isn't really that much of an achievement as only a handful of drivers have turned up to compete so far.

After fighting off dozens of sausage, pizza and snail eaters, the Unbeatable AI in custom races almost seem like a walk (or drive) in the park by comparison.

I got the Ferrari 250 GTO (I think that's the one? Will check back in tomorrow to be sure) from the Exotics dealership.
The 250 is an autoshow car and has turned up quite a few times while I've been camping out. It only seems to be just over a million so it sounds like a good deal nevertheless.

If you ever see a 288 GTO '84, though, grab it with both hands as that's a wheelspin unicorn. Where's my Sesto, Playground?

I've levelled up a couple of levels at the British Motor Museum today... :D

Apparently the white Launch wristband is now going on ebay for £50-£100, so I'd better look after it!

I wasn't able to get to the Experience on launch day due to the crowds, so came back today to get a proper look.

Here's a teaser pic. I'll post my other photos from the Experience in the separate Experience thread.

I know the Miura is in the Autoshow. Think the Pista is too, will double check when I pop on in a wee bit.

I already have the 288 GTO, so no need to get that one. Having said that, it wouldn't be a bad idea to pick it up depending on the price, hold onto it until the dealership expires, and then flip it in the auction house.

I am very glad we finally have the DB7 back in Forza. We used to have the special DB7 Zagato back in FM4 but I think this one looks even better.

Besides the one you mentioned, I wouldn’t mind having this stately chap in Horizon 6 as well.

I'm also glad we have the DB7 back in Forza. And I too wouldn't mind getting the first gen Vanquish in the game either, maybe along side the 2014 shape one and the V600 Vantage 😀.

Omg the auction house is so frustrating. I want a Nissan 240sx and I keep being outbid by the same person. All the cars are listed at 20 million so I can't just outright buy one either

Learning that the Wheelspin Exclusives are in the pool for this week does kinda peeve me off. I'm honestly hoping PG makes some changes to the way Aftermarket spots work in the future--maybe make them refresh every hour or something. You shouldn't have to force refreshes by restarting the game, it just feels wrong.

It should've been like that from the start, make it so it is a rotating pool that changes every hour or so. The way it is going right now just feels like a chore to find one of the cars, and I really do not want to spend my time playing constantly restarting the game.

It would be ok if they were in a rotation along with 5 other cars or so. You’d know then that you were definitely going to get the car you wanted over a week or so of play.

The problem is that, certainly at the moment, it appears that you could restart the game 1000 times and still not get the wheelspin car you are after.

It's like they turned the entire game into one giant wheelspin.

Having them triggered by launching the game is silly and quite frankly, counter-intuitive. If anything, the system should be a rotation that refreshes after a certain amount of time has passed. Every hour or so makes sense.

The main cars I've had show up when I've done restarts are Miura, Gallardo Spyder, 488 Pista, Enzo, Lancia Delta S4, Zonda R, 250 GTO. No sign of any of those wheelspin ones listed at any point.

Some of them I've bought and they just respawn.

Found an 288 GTO at the exotic dealership today. Not enough credits... Managed to grind enough to buy it, but close call.

Man I'm split in two on this game. It looks great, drives pretty good on my DD wheel (no ACC though) and is an endless game of pretending to spec your own supercars. But... I hate the weekly FOMO with a passion. Slow progression blabla, get the gold wristband ASAP or miss out on The Trial. Also despite all the varied and cool cars, FH doesn't use them well IMHO. The races are often lackluster and all cars drive very similar after you've done your almost mandatory tuning. This game has a lot more in it than just an arcade game but PGG sure goes out of their way to hide it.

That's how the Aftermarket Spots are pitched to you in game, yeah, you're basically supposed to treat it like a temporary deal that'll go away and be replaced by something else. The fact that they last for the ENTIRE SESSION rather than any set length of time feels completely unintentional when you consider how the feature is described... but it also simultaneously makes sense from an anti-FOMO perspective, where all you have to do is remember that a car is there to go and get it when you have enough credits.

To me this could be one of three things. Either 1) PG didn't consider what could happen when they introduced Wheelspin exclusives and old FOMO cars to the Aftermarket rotation, which would imply they hadn't considered it until someone brought it up as a possibility, 2) PG accidentally set Wheelspin exclusive car odds to their equivalent of actually appearing in a Wheelspin when it should be close to equal odds, or 3) they deliberately set this up so they can introduce easier ways of gaining Wheelspins so players can get them themselves.

I have to assume it's a combination of 1) and 2), because... frankly if they actually went out of their way to try and make Super Wheelspin farming more expensive for non-Car Pass owners, they should have in turn made these cars easier to get to encourage people not to farm.

A key consideration was likely avoiding making the Wheelspin cars too easily available on the aftermarket, so as not to significantly devalue them as rare, high-value vehicles. I assume this will also be a factor in similar future events. While I can understand that reasoning, it would have been better to make these cars readily available—but, as with the "Backstage" cars, ensure that each player could only purchase a single copy. That way, it would have been easy to prevent players from farming these cars in bulk and flooding the auction house with them.

Could it be they want the Peel? o_o

I guess we'll find out in time, lol.
The offer still stands. If people outside the US want to get a Trolli Peel, let me know. I’ll get them a valid receipt. They’ll need to use a VPN to enter, but with the receipt, they should have no problems. I’ve helped about 25 people get them so far. No reason to stop now.

Bored? Head to the dealership in your Trolli Peel and see how quickly “In Photo Mode” pops up over everyone’s cars.

Maybe it's a regional thing, but the only time my game ever gets as crowded as your photo is at Stunt Parties. Only about three at most player cars show up simultaneously for me at Italian Exotics.

I finally completed Promo.

Although it's never really completed, because the finish line keeps getting further away from us as if it were on wheels in that Jamiroquai video.
