I'm really looking forward to the Honda Z GT. That'll be a great little car. 🚘

Winter is fine for me. I have everything turned off, ABS, ESP... and stability control. I'd rather have a bigger ice surface that freezes completely in the winter. 🥶
That’s a good point. We don’t have a large frozen surface in winter like the lake and quarry in England, or the lake at the top of the caldera in Mexico. Or do we and I’ve somehow missed it?

I think there's a little pond up in the mountains near the player house that freezes over.
I think I can confirm that, but in other train of thought most of the player houses are poorly placed (like that cabin) while there are a couple of regions that could use house locations. Of course, since you can fast travel anywhere from the get-go, it's not really a problem, but IMO other FH maps did better.

Slightly disappointed ☺️

One interesting thing that I noticed with Winter in FH6 is that the city streets would actually look a bit "slushy" when show was falling. A realistic texture change that I would really have to look closely at, but it was there. Just like in real life when it was cold enough to snow but not quite cold enough to stick.

I thought it was a nice touch and more realistic looking than in previous versions of the game, where it was either snowy, wet, or dry.

I won an extra F-150 FE in a wheelspin. I put it up for auction, not expecting too much. There are loads of them available. With a minute to go, there was only one bid at the minimum 13,000 credits. Then someone swooped in and bought it out for the full 20M credits.
1. Why do that? If you’re just going to buy it out, why take one with a bid already on it? It forces that person to start the bid process all over again. Just buy out one with no bids on it. So rude.
2. As you can see, I had 10M credits to start with. Add another 20M credits, and now I have… 27M credits? I know the auction house takes a cut, but 3M credits worth? I knew I should have made it a private sale.

I never understood the auction house taking a cut... like, where does that money go in a game where money is, to a degree, almost infinite?
MLB: The Show does the same thing when cards Diamond Dynasty cards are flipped. AFAIK, the tax was intended to act as a means to keep marketplace inflation in check.

Well it's finally happened, I've just done The Trial and had my first absolute plonker in FH6.

They spent all 3 races just ramming absolutely anything in sight, team mate or not. As you can imagine race 2 was a nightmare on the city streets with them, we lost that race by a lot. Luckily we scraped home in races 1 and 3 though.

I just kept spamming the phrase 'Donkey' at them. Little victories hey 😂😂

These taxes curb car speculation to some extent, since you can't simply resell a car for the same price you paid for it. For instance, they prevent people from hoarding cars that typically fetch 20 million credits at the auction house purely for speculative purposes—because, assuming you bought one for 20 million yourself, every sale entails a loss of 3 million credits. That is why I don't consider these taxes entirely pointless or exclusively negative.
