@Tomo 427-MS .I get what your trying to say but if drifting doesnt interest somebody, then they are not going to practice no matter what.I can control a slide during a race but have zero interest in practicing drifting, its a personal thing,i didnt call it dumb or anything like that at all.Im done with it now.

I personally have no real interest in drift modes either, my issue is with people calling drifting dumb or stupid or totally pointless, when an ability to control a slide and maintain it can in fact make you a faster grip driver, and when practicing drifting makes you better at that I really don't see why grip racers have such a stick up their behind about it.

Again, not about the drift modes, I mean drifting.

Oh and about the McDonalds voucher, it gets worse... Only get one, and I redeemed it and it won't even show up in game. :grumpy:
To be honest I feel I get enough practice at the top of the hour on those occasions I can be arsed to reconfigure the settings to do a drift event but as @mynameis66 says, if people are excited about drift attacks then they're welcome to them. I just hope they don't lock exclusive cars behind them. Unless they're drift cars.

Three changes I would love to see that would be huge QoL improvements for me:

1. Reset or make visible mastery trees of cars in the auction house. I’ve stopped buying cars from the AH because I’m tired of spending 20 million only to find everything useful has been plundered from the mastery tree already.

2. Make wheels in the Upgrade Shop sortable by weight change. I don’t know or care if a wheel is a Sport, Multi Piece, or Specialized rim style. I’d much rather see which wheels lower the car’s weight by 8, 15, 23, or 30 pounds or whatever it is for that specific car.

3. Show the number of garage slots when browsing community garages. I’m tired of downloading (and later deleting) garages that have slots for only two or three cars when I need four.
4. If you can no longer buy or sell cars at the auction house due to the daily limit of 50 or 25, the game should indicate this directly by graying out the corresponding buttons. Why on earth do you only find out that you can't auction a car after selecting it and setting the minimum and maximum bids, instead of telling the player the moment they press the "Start Auction" button? Completely dysfunctional and a pointless waste of time for ten years!

Tbf, if I was quick as you around a circuit I wouldn't care about the other stuff either

Full disclosure: on occasion I have tried hitting the e-brake in desperation on some particularly sharp corners (hello, Kinkaku-ji) to try and Ridge Racer around the bend only to see my Rival disappear laughing into the distance, so perhaps I'm biased. 😭

Swear down, I do that. A lot. Especially on the tight one on Hokubu - gains you a lot of time when you get right - so it's worth it!

Drifting is gear-dependent so I think I'd need to be able to change up through the gears quickly to increase acceleration out of the turn, instead of sitting there like a lemon with my thumb up my rear end as the car skids to a stop on exiting. Perhaps a semi-automatic mode which allows shifting at corners while still taking care of the noddy stuff would be helpful to drivers like me.

May I have to remind every anonymous reader that the speculation lists that I make are CLEARLY GUESSES, and not 100% confirmed or final in any way. I only make speculation lists for fun. Clearly the Facebook OP copy-pasted my speculation list and treated it like it’s the final deal.

A simple speculation cannot be treated as a genuine drop of information, even if you are gullible enough to follow one of those clickbait YouTubers like M********** or M******* or aspire to be one of them by treating speculations like legit info for clout on a Facebook Group or on Reddit.

If the OP on Facebook who mistreated my speculations as actual information is reading this, have some shame and apologize to the least.

Do you have any ways to further designate a speculation list as well, purely speculation? I’ve also got to remind myself to not combine the news post link with my speculation lists moving forward.
Yeah, I saw this listed posted on the one the Forza communities on social media. Unfortunately, 90% of the commenters took it as gospel, while the other 3 of us were asking for a source or stating it wasn't official.

Social media has ruined people who don't bother to do any research themselves before posting something. Sadly, these same people will be the ones to jump on the 'PGG sucks and never gives us what we want' or 'this game is dead' bandwagon when the cars on this list potentially don't show up.

"Original poster" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

I've used the AH a grand total of twice and this isn't going to encourage me in the slightest... that said I can only assume it's to stop back-and-forth shenanigans for "free" triple wheelspins e.t.c

Yet people still think our general feeling about posting wishlists on here is weird, despite things like this and the infamous 1,000-vehicle list confirmed for GT3...

These fins came from the longtail version.

I also shared these aero parts up on Pasta's (a popular classic livery creator that has contributed to the WSC Legends/AC Legends mods for Assetto) Discord Server, and he was baffled to see the longtail's fins on the Daytona chassis (the fin positions aren't that aligned well too).

From what I can see in photos, I think its intentional. The bolt-on arches are there on the model in Alfa Romeo's museum, but not a couple race variants. View attachment 1561092View attachment 1561093
Yup, it definetely got scanned from the Alfa Romeo Museum in Milan.

If this is true, then I am hoping to see the Tipo 33 TT/12, Alfa Romeo Carabo, and the Tipo 33/2 Periscopica as well as thei late 70s-early 80s F1 cars being scanned for future Forza games

The “widebody” kit for the Tipo 33/2 is narrower than the standard body.

Looking at this closer, the reason the standard body is wider is that it comes with bolt-on wheel arches. The “widebody” kit removes them. I honestly believe someone at PG swapped the files by mistake.

Leaving that aside, it’s a fun car to drive and it sounds great. With only the bumper winglets from the Aero menu added, I was able to get it around Hokubu Circuit in under a minute.

Alfa Romeo has been getting a lot of love in this game, and I am all for it.

Heh, not necessarily. The car in the Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese has, IIRC, the later fender flares installed. And at the end of the day the only thing the flares actually do in-game is add weight, so it would make sense to have the narrowbody conversion as an "upgrade".

More upsetting is the Codalunga vertical fins that they adapted for the normal Daytona's tail...

Heads up for anyone planning on doing the Trial: All three races have bridges that are easy to fall off of if you don’t slow down. I watched my teammates rocket off them multiple times. Brake early, brake often.
