Forza motorsport 4 mods

Can mods be created for Forza Motorsport 4?
Example: Cars, maps, designs, Graphics improvement, etc.

Mods are possible, as shown in this thread, but you will need a RGH/JTAG (in other words, modded) 360 and I cannot provide details on how to get a modded console and how to mod the game as per site rules.

Where could I ask that, is that I can't find any information about mods.

Again, I can’t provide any information on how to mod the game or the console, including who to contact, because site rules prohibit discussion on how to obtain hacked hardware. You will need to find that information yourself.
