Forzamotorsport.net isn't great, but works just fine for me. It's too bad that the forums are complete garbage.

Does the Forza 2 section work? ...because if it works for you I'd love to send you some photos to upload for me.

GT's isn't the pinnacle of web design, but they make proper use of hash tags and AJAX and the tie-in with the game is pretty incredible. It takes a decent amount of work and ingenuity to have all your color settings and stuff carry over from the game. It's hard even talking publishers into something like that, they usually view web sites as a waste of time and forums as a hassle.

I'd compare it to bungie.net instead, but bungie.net just blows it out of the water, it's not even a fair comparison.

I really hope they fix their web site for Forza 4.

Bungie.net spanks anything out there for a gaming website. I have had no issues with My Forza (not saying that others do not), other than having to sign out then back in for my uploaded video to appear.

I have not been to the Forza 2 section (not since Forza 2 was released).

They need to dump the entire passport sign in. God I hate passport, though I do like how it ties to your gamertag.

Looking forward to this so much, i have booked a weeks holiday to play it from release date.
As a garage member since FM2, i love this game and the huge community, altho wasted alot of time reading all the pety arguments over duping paints/tunes etc.

Unfortunatly our garage (MADtunerz) disbanded at the end of FM3, thats why i play GT5 at present.

As my garage job was seller(FM2) and catalog manager i am not really going to get back into another garage because i am only an average tester and painter.

I have never played FM3 with a wheel, but people have stated that the FFB in FM3 is weak. Has there been any comments about FFB improvements on wheels for FM4? I searched but came up empty...
It felt like Fm3 ffb is design with the Microsoft WRW in mind but there is some promise with the fact the official Forza 4 wheel is the new Fanatec wheel.
From the preview of games from ISR it seems ffb is often very late in the game's development.
As far as head tracking I found triple screen is a lot better and more natural when it comes to racing. I don't like having to hold my head and body still when racing. I only use TrackIR for flight sims after going triple screen.

OK, thanks for the info.

cool, the triple screen ability looks nice. You only need one xbox360 right for triple screen? I think it is GT5 for the PS3 that requires the 3 playstations to get triple screen?:dunce:
I'm hoping to go triple screen for my PC by the end of the year and use it for FM4.

Hmm I heared that the FM3 FFB effects are better then the GT5 ones?? Strange... But if there is an official racing wheel from Fanatec, the FFB in FM4 must be automaticly good...

You need:

3 Screens
3 Xbox 360's
3 Forza games
1 router
1 racing wheel

Anyone thinking the FM4 forums would automatically see a massive improvement were maybe being optimistic. Also give them time to get things in place, the website is hardly their top priority at the moment.

The website is better and personally I appreciate the "Dev Reports" in getting an idea on what is going on.

Maybe you should create your own forums, do it better and specialise in allowing pointless debates, arguments, spamming on what is better, why it is better, let each smart ass promote their own opinion as always right and other wrong. I think the forums here are becoming too easy on people and it seems to be getting more of a problem all this stupid FM Vs GT, sick of it myself.

The whole community aspect of FM4 and car clubs seems to be an area that will become huge. Their are plenty of positives to discuss so why dwell on negative issues.

What you may have noticed is that currently our forums are still rocking the FM3 style, well the forums will be getting a complete redesign here in the coming weeks. We will have more details on that in the near future, so until that time keep reading the new FM4 content, perusing the newest screenshots/videos and visiting your forums to share your thoughts on all the latest news.

They said that there will be a complete new forum in the near future. But they really need a support forum that needs the presence of some Turn10 people.

Also, i quite dont understand the hate against the page. The game features arent integrated yet for FM4 and most things arent under construction.

That is great news. I hope it's not just a new black skin on the current forum. The layout is horrible. So much wasted space on the left, the quoting looks horrible with all the quote outlines, the performance is slow. It's probably one of the worst forums I have visited since they went with that new design at the E3 release.

I doubt it will get better. Look at what MS did with the official Xbox forums. Those are HOSED.
