I was surprised, actually, I thought it was another poll. Since I had already answered previously I didn't pay too much attention to it. ( I was preparing some food for dinner in the kitchen away from the TV, but within sight). I saw what @-Fred- posted about just letting the stream run without paying to much attention, so I thought that was sound advice. But when I got closer and saw it was counting down, I got curious. I luckily got it clicked with about 15 seconds to go. And it was right about then that I saw Stang616 won, and I said "hey, I know that guy!". I'm glad it was somebody from here. Congratulations! :gtpflag:

I guess the August pack will be the FD pack, then.
 
I'm just going off the fact that last month's stream used the 812 in their announcement, and that car was part of last month's update. It's not very scientific. :lol:
 
I hope not, I mean as long as there's some new cars in the mix but still all drift cars? Would be weird and a waste of a month. Plus they said it supposed to be released to those who pre-ordered FH4.

Which, if memory serves, was how the last drift car pack worked across FH3/FM7.

Seems like this will be the next pack, then.
 
That's a bit shady for those people that pre-ordered FH4 digitally and have the car pass,since this is supposed to be the last car pack for Car Pass owners.
 
Whatever it is, I hope it'll be as good as last month.

Same. I was hoping for a pack along the lines of
1. 2018 Corvette zr1
2. 2018 Ford mustang GT
3. 2016 Honda Civic GRC
4. 2017 Acura ARX-05
5. 1989 Ford taurus SHO
6. 1986 Lamborghini countach QVX
7. 1995 Panoz roadster
 
They surely won't use the FD pack as one of the two extra car packs in the car pass? Wouldn't make sense as it's a separate bonus for FH4 Digital Pre-Orders. I think we'll still get another 'regular' pack but maybe it'll come in September? Kinda like in FM6 where we got the Turn 10 "Summer" sponsored pack in Sep (2015)
 
Maybe we will get two car packs, the FD pack and another one on Tuesday
 
I think for forza Motorsport 8. They need crew chiefs talking to you like (project cars 2). And hey need better damage when you do hit someone or tires go off the grass a little. That’s all they need to add.

I'm thinking it will be more like the Hoonigan pack, we get one more pack for the Car Pass, followed by the FD pack for a price.

I hope this is the case, I plan on pre-ording FH4 soon so I'd be getting the FD pack anyways, but I'm not much of a Drifter, especially in Motorsport so I'd like another pack with something I'd like to drive in it.

Just had a crazy idea, Make the FH4 car pass work for both FH4 and FM7. Since T10 wants to keep improving and adding content to FM7 to keep it's life cycle going longer it would be awesome if they made the FH4 Car pass cars available for both games.

Not necessarily, according to the leaks there is definitely something left to scrape off the bottom of the barrel.

I also doubt they would pull a stunt in such poor taste, considering they are still in damage control mode. But then, it wouldn't be by far the stupidest PR mistake has made as of lately...
 
It'd be very disappointing if the last Car Pass pack ends up being a recycled FH4 pre-order bonus.

Disappointing but not in the least surprising.
 
Hey guys,

since Lamborghini just beat the Porsche 911 GT2 RS Nordschleife record with their new Aventador SVJ, I wanted to try beating it in the older LP750-4 in Forza 7 and it was more difficult than I expected.:dunce: Pretty interesting how "close" the times can be. The setup is uploaded by GTz Marple if you want to try it as well.:cheers:

 
Yes, at least on the Xbox One the lighting overall was downgraded, but the car models gained lots of detail inside and out.
 
Anyone else not getting the gift tab to pop up? It only shows payout, rivals, and news for me

They changed the message center so that only tabs with content will appear now, so unless you have a gift you won't see the menu. I'm not sure why those 3 aren't affected, but maybe they're permanent ones.
