I finally redeemed my codes and found out that both cars are treated like normal DLC in that they are added to the dealership. They cost 1.4 million each (after the free one), yet are still tier 1. :lol:
 
For those on PC, have you noticed any difference in the game with the new patch? I think the menus are smoother but I CTD after 3 races(no luck with that). T10 still havn't posted a changelog.

I just ran a few races, VIP bonus is in and working.
Looks like the memory leak when browsing wheels has been fixed.
I went through lots of wheels and the memory footprint did not go up like before staying at around 4gb the whole time where before it would have been up to at least 8 after looking at that many wheels if not higher.

Haven't checked anything else, the race was smooth, haven't ran into any problem as of yet. Will check more tomorrow.
 
I read the previous posts regarding the Totino's Pizza X-Box codes. I went to Walmart and got a party pizza, a 90 count pizza rolls and a box of the party pizza. I submitted all 3 codes online at the Totino's website and got a confirmation email with my 3 Xbox codes. I entered them in Xbox, and got confirmation for all 3. 2 Driver Gear suits, and a "Car". I went to the Drivers gear and found the gear, but when I went to my garage, I can't find the car. I went through my entire livery. I even check it against the Car Map and the totals match what I just posted. You guys said the car you get is the Haurya? The Pagani right? I can't see it. I got my VIP bonus and everything else. No Car. What gives? Is it possible its something else? What to do? Truth is, I could care less about the other garbage, just the car.

You have to "buy" the car from the Buy Car section for Free.
 
Thanks, I wouldn't have found it without your help. Gee, it would have been nice if it marked the Buy Car tab.

I've actually noticed this a lot at Suzuka. The Drivatars just push wide through the S's constantly.

I've noticed it really badly in the big left hander that leads into Degner. In multiclass races I can watch the same car drive off the outside of that corner 4 or 5 laps in a row. It's bizarre.

The AI just doesn't seem to cope well with any kind of sweeping turns when driving cars from higher classes. I've noticed they derp out pretty hard on Bernese Alps in some places, and many times it's like their brake lines were cut and they just torpedo into the wall.
 
Time to take the 8 series for a walk..

They do the same thing at Road America, most of them tend to run wide at the caroussel just before the kink that leads to Canada corner, but the worst I've seen is at Long Beach in anything above A-Class. They don't get hung up on the fountain like they did in FM6, but they bounce on it and subsequently crash on the outside wall right after it, leading to them having to pit just about every lap. I did the Forza P2 championship yesterday and ended up winning that race by about 6 laps because everyone kept crashing at the same place.
 
Stick those Drivatars into an F1 Car and they’ll go off on almost every track, Maple Valley being the worst.

All codes are not equal. There are some that only give you Driver Gear 2.
In addition, unless you stack 3 of the normal codes at once, you will geep getting Huayra #1 over and over.

Well, isn't that lovely...guess I'm buying three more bags of pizza rolls, I've already used 2 codes, but if it doesn't keep track and I enter a 3rd I don't want to keep repeating the same ones. That's a bad system.
 
I didn't have any issues using 3 codes at different times. Make sure you are using the same email as that is what it uses to determine what code to send.

It looks like it could be a Metallic Two-Tone.

Upload the pic there, and use the eyedropper on both the gold and the slightly yellow area to the right of the numberplate.

That should put you in the ballpark and you can tweak from there.
 
Is this VIP thing fixed on consoles now? I’ve read conflicting reports. It seems like I’m getting more money, but I done see a x2 specification at the race end.
 
Today's update introduces a 2X base credit bonus after every race for Forza Motorsport 7 VIPs. In addition, this update addresses the following issues in the game:

• Fixed an issue where VIP cars and Driver Gear were unavailable offline.
• Fixed a memory leak issue where the game would become unresponsive or close unexpectedly for some PC players after upgrading cars or using the Livery Editor.
• Fixed an issue for PC players who were experiencing multiple repeated black-screen crashes at launch.

I was worried when I fired the game up after updating and noticed the crown icon had gone away.

Thankfully it still considers me a VIP though as I have access to all the stuff and received the 2X bonus after a race.
