Seeing how Fujimi looks and feels, I would not be against the return of other mountain circuits like Bernese Alps and Camino Viejo de Montserrat.
This. THIS!! Bernese Alps with Rain replaced with Snow? What do y'all think? ^^

Quick Edit: Camino Viejo, man, I've been yearning for its return!! My bad, took me a second read to see it!

Yes Positano and Amalfi would be great, the layout are great and could be beautiful with a Fujimi like treatment.

Spend a lot of time on the Fujimi kaido today and to be honest after the whole wow effect from yesterday, the layout has still the same flows than in FM3; the whole « new side » from FM3 is way too wide and track flow feels kinda weird, it has the same problem as many Forza track such as Bernese Alp and Praha in my opinion.

But the « old side » is still a masterpiece though.

Bernese alps can stay far far away. Terrible racetrack
Not terrible at all. The version for Assetto Corsa proves that. When you have actual simulation physics with better track properties, i.e. tarmac properties and grip levels, the track comes to life. Feeling that suspension load while going up that hill and then at the top the steering going light with loss of grip is exhilarating.
You're so used to gamey physics that just hitting a button to go fast and using a tiny stick to go left and right got boring, and I completely agree with that, but as FM has now shown what it is capable of in it's physics and wheel bases, Bernese Alps would be more than just a light show in the winter time.

Yeah it was awful, and it was especially awful because T10 already had a great track designed from FM1 with Alpine Ring, all they had to do was add the stupid ski lifts and snowy mountains and they could have had a track that both looked cool and wasn't a piece of **** to race on.

Camino Viejo was also awful to race on but it was kinda pretty I guess so people always request it. Iberian circuit was okay-ish other than the dumb jump, and the Ladera circuit was mostly boring and not laid out very well for clean overtaking, but was better than Camino Viejo at least. The Extreme circuit was also awful for racing, but it was a really cool concept at least. It was basically what everyone who is bad at the Nordschleife says about it; too narrow so can't pass without contact, just survival and waiting for someone else to make a mistake, disjointed, and somewhat dangerous with rejoins/crashes collecting bigger chunks of the field.

Exciting to drive is not the same as being a good race track though. FM6 Rio is probably the best example of that in Forza, it was super fun to hotlap (especially before they changed the track limits), but it was pretty much never a good race.

Forza's physics still have no real front end bite, so high speed sweeper corners that go more than 90degrees and have fairly steady radiuses are still just understeer pain, and that's basically all Bernese Alps is.

Might sound strange but really pleased to see the original Audi R8 V10 from 2010 ☺️ the pre facelift version. Somehow, I prefer it to the 2013 model.

Great additions with the free cars and the new car park. Most excited for the cars in this car pack. Great to see the Pantera GT5 🤗

I'd much prefer Rio, for all its oddness, than the Bernese Alps course, especially with proper FM physics and feel. I never liked the flow of the Bernese Alps course.
Layout-wise, Bernese Alps is just a worse Grand Oak. And the scenery was not that great - it was the last track of T10's old approach to fictional racetracks, a road to nowhere with some props scattered around. I know some people have fond memories of Bernese Alps and Camino Viejo, but personally I think they belong to the ashtray of history.

As for Rio, it would make a lot of sense as a "no, Timmy, we already have Macau at home" option, and I can see it being a fun challenge with something like touring cars. Something needs to be done about the many trampoline sidewalks, tho, and regardless to the efforts taken to improve its suitability as a race track, I think it would be the place where you kiss your safety rating goodbye when it pops up in public lobbies .

Tracks that i want to come back
  • Sedona (must come also the most underrated of all FM for me)
  • Tokyo Circuit
  • all 3 iberian/monserrat/ladera tracks
  • Twin Ring Motegi
  • Sonoma
  • Test Track Benchmark (updated track limits + pit lanes like fujimi)
  • Sidewinder Proving Grounds (specially if comes with the snake layout names)
  • New York Circuit (both OG layouts + maybe a mini oval around times square)
  • Pacific Shipyards (rebooted, something akin Grid´s Yokohama racing event vibe)

Tracks that can stay where they are
  • Dubai
  • Rio (i am brazilian but i prefer a irl brazilian track 1000x than Rio coming back)
  • Alps
  • That copy of mt panorama

Not my pic and unsure if this was posted already, but very cool little detail on Fujimi! I have to say, T10 did a really good job bringing this track back.

It wasn't pointed out here but they did mention the map in one of the forza.net articles.
I noticed that about two and a half seconds ago... ;)
That's okay. I only pointed it out approximately sixty-three thousand seconds ago... :p

I actually liked racing at Mogyoród in Assetto Corsa Competizione and would love it to come to Forza (some time in the 2030s probably).

I'd rather have something like this than yet another race track that looks like Hermann Tilke sat on a wire coathanger, held it up and thought "Hmmm, this could be the inspiration for my next masterpiece".
