Serious note: Once you've gotten confortable with a dogleg, you never want to go back. If my track car could manage a 901 5 speed like my street car has, I would fit one in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, the clutch in the 901 is not strong enough for the motor in the track car, and while it can be replaced with a VW BUs clutch to compensate, the internals of the gearbox itsself are still a concern, so it isn't meant to be

Moderation action is carried out between the staff and the member in question.
