Yep if there is one thing this game needs it more racing suits.
Love it!

And if PD still has their finger on the pulse ( of 1998 ) that's what we'll get folks!

I don't see what 1998 has to do with racing suits in a racing game? They're not my cup of tea, I'll admit, but I still changed the one I was given in the game. Some people might well like the feature, which is fine. If you're both just bitter that they haven't tended to your particular "needs" yet, join the club. We all have things missing from "our" game.

people would go crazy for Ayrton Senna suit or Keiichi Tsuchiya's aswell

People excited for NASCAR suits would likely be scratching their heads wondering who Ayrton Senna is. (As a generalization.)

Where's the Ricky Bobby suits?

Honestly, I'd much rather have that.

👍 I want a wonderbread and perrier NASCAR

I have them in Forza. Thank Cthulhu for livery editors, and the fact that user-generated content completely bypasses licensing.

The suits have been in GT5 since it's release and PD also showed some pictures which included the suits prior to the game's release. So this wasn't something they did for this update.

If you pick one of the NASCAR cars in Arcade mode, your driver will be in the real driver's suit, except for some cars, e.g. Juan Pablo Montoya's car.

+1

Nothing new here people!! :D

I don't understand their reasoning in not giving these helmets and suits sooner. Why start almost a year later? I myself don't care for them but they did a good job on them.

Yes:tup:
Tourist Trophy had this labeled "Casual Clothes", and so it shouldn't be that hard to render a T-shirt and Jeans:D

And giving this is the "Real Driving Simulator" this should be in there too, I mean why not?
