I found the Camera Angle & Damper UCUS-98632 [US]

For those who said not working
post a screenshot to see what version you had & also post ISO link that u downloaded from if you got no reply from me for 1 week that means your side got problem not mine likely due to different cheat address from CwCheat's or setting that you yet to turn on for PPSSPP emulator(Check on YT not gonna explain here)

thank you very much, it works very well now

i combined it with the fov 70 cheat and the new ppsspp VR feature and now it looks so good
