They are called birthday tickets for a reason- you get one on your birthday. so, expect a ticket from the year you were born to arrive on tour b-day. Assuming added your correct birthday and you signed up for your PSN account and that you sign in to gt5 on your birthday.
I got an '82 year on my birthday and received the only '82 car in the game, the quattro.

Yeah I would assume so as there are Skyline's and Silvia's of said year in the game.👍
