Free Car Theory

Going to try this when i get home. However i would like to know what people think of my theory. What would happen if you saved your save data, bought a car, shared it with your friends then put your old save data back on your ps3... Even if you couldn't use it then your friends could borrow it. :smile:

As long as the borrow(er) doesnt switch out of the car, Even if the car goes offline, You can still use it

You can backup your game, buy a car, tune it up, trade it to another account/friend, and then reload game and get 1 free fully tuned car a day. that's how I save moneys.

You are "basically" describing the duplicating method. You backup your data, launch the game, buy a car, send it to a friend(easier to make another user account on your own PS3), quit the game, copy your backup data to overwrite your file you just made the transaction on. Have the car sent back to you, load your game, and you now have the car and the money that you WOULD HAVE spent to normally buy the car.

your theorey wont work, as soon as the borrowed car is changed it will disappear, thats where you have the green and red key, you will probably corrupt your save, but with your attitude its the least you deserve!

your a dupe merchant too, with 2 psn accounts
