Well, since he said he sent it, have you tried Quiting GT5 and restarting, or logging out of and back into the PSN ?

This worked a treat in a thread i used to aquire silver chrome. I'll have a look and see if i can find the format.

Found it, it went like this:

First on the list receives paint.
Invites/confirms next PSN as friend.
When confirmed as friend.
Makes a save of game on an external carrier (HD, USB).
Sends the paint to the next on the list.
Restores from his save (paint duplicated).
Removes his name from the list in a new post (instructions and list).

If you want to participate copy the last message (instructions and list) and add you psn at the end of the list and immediately send a friends request to the PSN above you.

I am online now ,if someone send 1 gold chrome to me .i can send it to the next person now.
 
Rowdy Burns, to be honest, all that should be self explanatory and as a matter of fact.
I don't see anything any different to it has already been running except people aren'tdoing what they're supposed to be.
 
I would love to have one, i can pass to another random dude!

Just checked my log, but nothing there since I have restored my save from before sending to GD3tyrone.
I am 100% sure it went trough, as I got sending complete confirmation.
Not saying that GD3tyrone doesnt want to send it to next person, maybye it got lost.
Unfortunately I used my 5 a day limit, but will send to another person named by OP right after reset if that makes things straight.
Have traded here before and have 100% positive reputation, I would never spoil it by one paint chip.

Can you go to the Community tab and select "GD3tyrone" and view his log? It should show whether he has received a gift from a friend shouldn't it?.
