Free roaming and being able to save a replay

So I was racing in a street race, and noticed that no roads are blocked off whats so ever. So an idea popped into my head to test it out online and see if you can drive anywhere you want without your car resetting. Turns out that you can do whatever you want and you dont even have to do that race.

Its cool, because now we have a way to freeroam and save replays for photos That being said, anyone want to get together sometime and cruise around and get some cool photos? I know Fezz would be up for it

From what I understand, there is no option to save replays from races.
