Does anybody know of a free web host that lets you have file sizes of about 2mb max? - I don't care about the ads.

I just signed up there. There is no ad on my page. The only form of advertising I see is this added to my source code:

I did find a site that gave out some free code that gets rid of the banners and stuff in Angelfire, Geocities, Tripod and all those other ones. Can't remember that site now.

All they do is put layers over the banner for most of them.

I know it's rather stupid - Buttons and Text Box Drawn from HTML code show through the layer it's extremely dumb.

Don't use HostUlra. You can't link to images and you can't upload zips, etc.

Not to mention it wont let you upload certain files that it deems "prohibited". Blah. Now I have to go in search of free hosting yet again.

250free.com has large file limits (just uploaded a 2.2mb today) but if you have a site it puts up ads on it :/
