Or this way - 1. Copy your original GT5 save to a PenDrive
2. Create a new account on your PS3 and a new PSN account
3. Send the car for your new account
4. Delete your original save from your PS3
5. Copy the PenDrive save to your PS3

And you have two cars! 1 on the both accounts

You need to have something to save it onto you cant save it on the PS3 you need a USB or something
