Freezing Problem during online playing...

Hi everybody...

Last night, while i was playing ONLINE in free driving with my friends, game has freezed suddenly, but there were still sounds... Then i cut off the internet connection, but it didn't work...as a last resort, i had to eject the disc... What do you think about the problem ? I had this problem for the first time... Is it a problem due to the online connection ?
 
I don't think it's online which causes this.

While tuning some cars on Tsukuba (offline) my game crashed in the same way (froze with repeating sound). Both times it occurred on the last corner while running a ghost. The PS3 itself didn't crash, I used XMB to quit the game and all was fine.

It put me off playing further that day and I've not gone back to the game since. If it keeps happening I'll certainly be giving up on GT5.

Yep,I noticed that the last night but it was the first time,I have no idea if it the game(online server)or my home-internet connection speed(I have 9MB)!
