Friend can't join when I host DLC tracks...

So I remember when the first lot of DLC came out anyone could join a game hosted by someone with the DLC tracks even if they did not have it, but a few nights ago I tried hosting a room for a friend and myself and when he went to join it said he didn't have that track... What gives?

In 2.02 DLC tracks were changed to needing ownership of the DLC to use the tracks outside of seasonal events.

Since the 2.02 update, users who don't own the Track Pack DLC can't use it.

My friend's who don't have any of the pack's have been able to race on all 3 of my DLC track's since this last DLC released. I've just been warning them it will probably only last a couple week's. 7 friend's without SSR X have driven on it so far.
