I think I won't be making Silverstone... seems like family trip is coming this weekend '-'
 
Testing showed huge potential for tomorrow. Another Juta Blendini car is being tested, but it doesn't have a Ford badge... ;)
 
So, Silverstone dawns. Actually pretty hopeful of a better showing for the Ford, like how the car feels here.

Also some more info:

For Bathurst, Championship top 11 + @Andil (Clio Scholarship winner) are locked hin. However with @Ninners doing the WEC, he's missing, so Andil can take Nin's place.

For T11 - Top 12 + Andil are offered spots. Drivers will be able to reserve a team and 1 car. Of course this may change but it means that if for example, @Scaniabebe says "Humberside Racing will be back with two Renaults", then Humberside will have two slots on the entry list. Incidentally RPM have bagged the Fords are currently negotiating with a couple over the final seat on the team ;)
 
Wait. So will qualifying for Barthurst be similar to normal races? Like the top 12 (11+Andil in this case) are locked in, and the rest of us have to do a pre-quali to make it in?

Yes, but will be an extended session, probably 2x 20 minute sessions.

Humberside Racing
I'm pleased to announce that Humberside Racing shall be working with RenaultSport for Season 11 after a successful Season 10. We're working very hard with Renault to try and improve the Megane for the upcoming Season. It has been proven that the Megane is one of the fastest cars on track at all times - being one of the fastest in a straight line; and being fairly confident in the corners (much to Furi's surprise)! I'm also pleased to say that the Yellow and Blue Colour Scheme shall also be returning next Season.

Running with a new car in TOCA was always going to be a large gamble... Renault has never run in TOCA before (other than Season 3 with the Megane Cup) and the new Megane is a car that came along very late and therefore testing was limited. You must remember, it's competitors from the likes of Honda, and Nissan/Infiniti have been proven cars in previous TOCA Seasons - and that the Honda and Nissan teams have had a long time to prepare their cars on a very big budget. As well as this, Ford have also had a slight advantage with experience as they've run the Focus for many Season. Even know the Ford Teams are running the new Mk3 Focus, they still have some levels of experience from the old Mk2 that they can put into the new car. However, I feel we're very much up with the pack and in a competitive form after spending many hours and a large sum of cash developing this car. But, we still have many things we can adapt to and adjust to increase our competitiveness for the next Season.

The Works Team shall also still be running 2 Cars for next Season - but the Second Driver in the Team is yet to be announced. You never know, we may return to Season 11 as the exact same team - or we could have a new kid on the block... Stay tuned!
 
I like yellow and white. Another livery may occur however.

So T11 has Alfa / Ford / Honda / Hyundai / Mazda / Nissan / Peugeot / Renault / Toyota... Quite a mix!
If I go Mazda, then I'll probably use the same colours as the ST-Spec Mazda 6 touring car that I drove in S1 :p

So for T11, THAR going Independent, still a Team, part time? Full time? Alternating drivers?
