What's average pace the go-or-go-homers are racing? Surely I can't slap a car together in >30 min and make the race?

Usually, Pre Q starts at 7:20PM which is when you need to be in there for. So you've got 55 minutes at the latest to get a car together! Maybe sell some cars you don't want or use anymore!

I can slap it together in about 2 minutes and be competitive.

You have no idea how quali works in ToCA. You weren't in the top 5, therefore you didn't qualify.
 
Aw crap. Seeing I missed qually, there wouldn't be a way to start at the tail end of the field?
