What I like is how people have improved over the series, look at the first few races.

Everyone thought yera, snow and joe were cheating because they were so far ahead now look and everyone seems more or less equal and the qualifying times are a lot closer now.

They've always been fastest. Some BoP issues are being solved in off season. Expect around a 5 week break before T11.

True. Just realised this season has been my worst ever ToCA season.

I probably won't be racing again until mid June now due to time issues and other priorities so good luck to you all! Don't worry, it'll just mean that you won't have as many cars behind you as before 👍 I'm still going to stick around mind, its just racing wise my name won't be on the board. Have fun all! 👍

I had a personal victory today due to the fact I actually qualified with the Renault! :D

Just to ask, what time DK ran? I remember I did a 59.444, but I heard he just didn't got the spot by tenths...
 
I'm simply not committed enough to the series to spend enough time testing to figure out the correct gearbox settings. The racing is great no matter where you are on the grid so it doesn't really matter, and I was fast enough to qualify for the race which is the biggest hurdle to get over for a part-time driver. But the races were frustrating because I simply did not have the acceleration on the straights. I love this Honda and I realistically should have had a podium at Ascari but I kept ****ing up there. Today I had good quali pace but my race pace was horrible.

There were a few times where I managed to pass some people going into Brooklands (doing my best Marc Marquez impression) there were certainly some bumps but nothing too aggressive I hope.

I think he did a 59.47x, something round that area.

O'Rama's been excluded from last six races - his Civic was in the old spec pre-season and he hadn't realised it was changed. :ouch:.

Also, is it just an exclusion or is there going to be a redistribution of points?

I don't think you should give in because of this, theres only one race left all you need is to get the car to spec then show us what it can really do :)

I prefer 8 weeks to 10 in all honesty. More compact and people are more likely to be present. T11 will have a break anyway for when i'm in Oulton in June.

They were horrible though.:lol:

The only ones I wouldn't be sure of there is Apricot Hill in Reverse(Ok in reverse but would be much better in Forward IMO) and Silverstone International.

Really is one of the best looking TOCA calendars I feel.
 
Bathurst. Why you do this? :(

Can I ask if drop-scores would be of interest for T11 btw? (Like just drop your worst weekend score) - I know I will miss some rounds regardless of when the dates may be, which means I'm already no hope for a championship challenge - same as happened in Clios, I missed one day and suddenly was out of contention. Just a thought!

(PS - I nearly ran Jack Goff over today irl.)
