So I got bored of doing career races again.
Specced up a Focus and Civic and took them for a spin around Silverstone:
Focus: 1:08.129 - Can only see another tenth or two in there. Really not my cup of tea, nice entry rotation into mid corner understeer, then getting on the power just spins the wheels and you understeer even more. And modulating the throttle to stop the wheels spinning just means the exit speed is pretty crap.

It might just be me of course, but I couldn't get the hang of it. Fastest I've tested on the straight though.
Civic: 1:07.665 - Now we're talking.

Stable entry with nice rotation (not as oversteery on entry as Focus) good mid corner front-end grip so the power can just be slammed on. Decent in a straight line too and great off the line (6000rpm launch

). Could easily be another tenth in there as well.
