Never used the handbrake but you need to remember to go around the chicanes and not just straight through them.....

Not really, the #2 Audi in that race(the car in shot) had an accident(it was upside down briefly after losing control at the exit of the Ascari Chicane) and was already a quite a few laps down by then after it repaired(somehow completed in 20mins). While the leading Audi (#3) clashed with a 908 which was a lap down(after cutting a chicane battling the Audi earlier in the race, which it got a penalty for) giving it a puncture close to the end of the race allowing the other 909 to win.
