So other night we never did Silverstone National, Brands GP or Bathurst. So i'm opening a room now. Join :)
 
Nooooooooooooo the online race crashed with me having a 4.5 second lead but scania catching fast! Would have been interested to see if he caught me.

Also any feel the physics has changed? Range feels a lot heavier than before and harder to stop.
 
I was wondering if I was the only one whose game crashed. :grumpy:

At least I seem to be on the pace. :D

I haven't been able to go anywhere near the times I used to get at Brands Indy. The car feels different every time I drive it. On another note, I won again at a track where I started mid field. I'm average in quali, and then I seem to be able to to get into just the right place in the race.
 
Seriously only 6 people finished. On tracks were I was competitive I seem to get forced off the track, Silverstone I did a 58.9 and still couldn't pass anyone, Brands was a 1:31.7 yet only 10th.
 
I'm worried about that mid-race game crash, what if it comes back during an official race?

I think it's because Furi left.. And I was host.. We've already established that PD Servers don't like my Internet...

Silverstone was some top racing! All we needed to do then was having a boxing match in the pits to finish the day! :p
 
We did hit each other quite bit :lol:

Don't think I'm one of the quickest out there, probably going to be mid pack. 1st round may be key to qualify for the rest of the season

My replay from Silverstone kept freezing my PS3 :ouch:. Anyways enjoy the photos from Brands.
 
Of the three races we did, I didn't get spun at turn 1 in one of them.

We went 3 wide through Paddock and someone ended up in the sand, I got bumped and got on the outside curbs with a wheel in the sand. I honestly don't know if I spun it myself or others helped. Just knew I was probably gonna take someone with me.

In all honesty, I think Brands will be most chaotic opening lap of any race, even more than Ascari.

Cars felt great around Bathurst, wheel hopping and surprisingly over steery. Physics seemed a little different though it seemed compared to Brands :odd:
 
I know that I got into you Lancer a little after you were trying to save it. I did bump you before Droids but I not know if the bump made it worse or you were already out of control. :indiff:
 
I was most likely past 'trying to save it' and more in the 'take out as few people as possible' state by the time you hit me. No worries.

I think bathurst will be the worst for the range rover.

Now regarding the Brands GP race, these photos were taking beggining of lap 2, when me, @smuffyatfcp and @Roflwaffle entered Druids 3-wide and I was able to sneak past both of them without either of us bumping into each other... sure felt good :D

I need to work on my starts, I always seem to be at the back by the end of the first lap. Going for the outiside failed for me at Silverstone and Brands since I always get caught out with cold tyres and I see my RWD start wasted.

Also at Bathurst the car felt like a house, heavy and hard to stop.
 
The cars seem evenly matched except at the start. The Ford acts like its stuck in glue and the Range Rover takes off like a scalded cat.

I usually drop around three or four places at the start, so quali will be important for all the Fords.
 
At the end of lap 1 i'm always near the front. I seem to avoid all the carnage.
