At least we've been able to build a big enough gap to manage Snow's absence from Spa... also looking at RPM-Vulpus and RPM results, it kinda reminds me of 2008 when Toro Rosso managed to finish the season ahead of Red Bull :p

I should have just quit R1. I was trying not to even race, I was distracted by something pretty serious but I wanted to be courteous and stay on track.

Well I passed you in style at end :p, was a pretty aggressive race from us.

Unfortunately, the same is not true for the driver's standings. I'll probably have to be looking to catch up to you and Joe for the rest of the season.

Also, gokartman in the Nissan will be a contender, if his connection holds up. Mark my words. What the BMW had with outright potential, the Nissan has in drivability.

Am I wrong, or did the BMW spec just become a non-issue with that move...?

It's why I moved, the car was too different to the others to race. It would still have been the fastest without that part, and at willow it was 1.2 seconds faster than the Ford (with the sports exhaust), at Nurb it would have been fast (1st sector), and i'm sure it would have loved the top section at bathurst. Those tracks made me think about what makes this series fun, and it's not being 10 seconds ahead trying to do a time trial, it's being stuck in the middle of a 5 car pack fighting for positions in cars which are of the same class. The Nissan will let me battle more, and hopefully will allow me to do more than 10 laps without a spin.

Not expecting big things here. The start could save me as the tow and the extra top speed I have should keep me with the pack.

If I can do what I did in the media night, then this could prove to be a good weekend for me 👍

It was a family thing. I got really distracted and tried to just maintain my place, knew I would get a penalty for misjudging my braking though :(

A notice that this week may run slightly over due to me probably being in Manchester much of the day.

The Hyundai is decent in the rain without body rigidity. At Brands it was a second difference between the two options. Round Spa it will be higher.

The Ford was quick at Spa in testing so I guess my chances of passing Furi in the standings will be put on hold.

Nah, it'll go to pot somehow as always.

I'll missing my best track(Silverstone National) where the Hyundai is the fastest car(probably faster with the extra power). Willow Springs and Brands Hatch GP are good for the Hyundai too.

Been thinking about T11 and tech regs and decided we're going to have generally bigger cars, more saloons and less hatches.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. Great news. Only question is, what saloons?

Isn't that for the Super Touring series though? I'm going to make a Super Touring Accord tomorrow and see how she runs, might try a Primera too ;)

Wish I could run in that, it looks great.
