I would agree with you but it's a little late to change to another track at this point in time. The change in the last update has ruined this track, and I can see a lot of issue's coming up from this round. If there is contact, and there will be, people will now lose more than one position, and it is very likely that you will see them drop to the back. From a stewarding standpoint it will be a nightmare, a tiny tap can result in someone losing 10 positions. License points are the way we hand out penalties, but how many license points for costing someone 10 places? Or I can turn it round and say how can you hand out a fair amount of license points to serve justice for 10 positions lost license points, but not be too extreme considering the contact was only a tiny tap? Geeesh, not looking forward to this one.

It will be busy for sure saturday night. Hope your Skype is fixed Sam

If anyone so much as taps me this weekend they're getting knocked off preemptively.

Stewards Are Considering If We Should Keep Willow Or Go To Apricot Hill Reverse. A decision will be made post Clios friday night.

It's a lot different from Fuji everybody.

Touch sand=ruined.

Glad you mentioned the possible replacement. 👍 Gives time to practice on it just in case things don't work out with Willow.

I'm not a big fan of Willow, but I don't think it should be changed that late. I think we should appeal to common sense to avoid contact at all cost in certain parts of the track. I think the problem will mainly be the two endless right handers. If you go through those corners on the very edge of grip your car can sustain, tiny taps can send you off. It is therefore paramount that drivers refrain from sticking in their noses on the inside when the leading car takes a wide line, because it's their right to draw to the inside late in the corner as long as they are ahead.

I know it will be hard for people to alter their usual Toca-driving mode, but I think it can be done.

So basically what you're saying is, "race cleanly".

Right. Willow is on this week. It's already been switched out for Bathurst in T11, so this is our one stab. If anything I think this weekend will show the drivers with best racecraft winning, especially R2 and R3.

Hopefully if the Renaults stay out of trouble - we could be possibly seeing a victory or two over here. Saying the Renault is one of the fastest cars on the straights!

However I noticed the Renault suffers from high speed understeer, whereas the Ford doesn't...

Ok well since people have been complaining about my late braking and going down the inside I've taken some action.

On my test rangey I have successfully tested a new set up that I'll be using going forward.

It still allows be to do my late braking but cuts the length of my car by up to 85% which mean I can successfully fit it through much smaller gaps with less contact.
