I was thinking different colours for the wing could be another way to identify teammates. e.g one is red, other is yellow etc

Podium in every race is pretty much impossible. I wasn't on the podium twice last season in the clearly OP Volvo even though it was miles ahead across the course of the season. I came close (2x fourth) but it's highly unlikely.
