Err, aren't you guys being a bit out of line here? I was scrolling down the page and I still missed Turbo's post until I saw nick's reply and scrolled up to look again. Its pretty easy to miss some posts...

Ah no need to have PD include it as the cover. There is already software out there that will allow you to print a cover at the right size. I once used coverXP to print a Warcraft 3 cover in CD size for fun. Though the only problem is that the PS3 game cases are smaller than the old PS2 game cases.
