Hi Guys and Girls. Thought I'd have a bit of a laugh! Is It okay if I create a challenge for you all?

Track is Fuji GT
My best time to date: 1:44.791
Car I used is the Mine's Nissan Skyline BNR34 GT-R
traction Control 5
active steering off
driving physics: Standard
Manual gears
Driving line off

It took me 8 laps to achieve this lap time.

What tyres did you use?

If it was S2 tyres then traction control is slowing you down. I dont consider myself a fast driver here since the regulars post waaaaaaaaaaay faster laptimes than me but I got a 1'42.015 on the 4th lap with traction control off.

Edit: I see you did it in standard physics... then maybe it was N3?

Professional physics is probably what most GT enthusiast at this forum use, so it may be hard to find people to compare track times. If you are wondering how well you are doing, the Online Track Records that appear in Time Trial mode are a good measuring stick in which to compare. I would say 3-5 seconds behind that pace with S2 tires is a good time.

First lap with standard physics and S2 tyres was a 1:41.809. No TCS, the car was absolutely glued to the track with standard physics and S2s.

Heath_1, have you seen the Weekly Race Series? Time trials every week and divisions so you always have someone of you own level to compete against. It's pro physics though. That's more fun anyway.

Yes, sorry. S2 tyres. I forgot about that. I know I'm not the best (I don't know much about setting the car up) but.

I'll Check out that Weekly Race Series link, Cheers.

Yeah but, you can only participate in the Weekly Race Series, if you have a GTP_Tag. 👍

In don't see reason to use the tracional control in standard physics. I think i loose speed and time with it on.
In professional physics tracional control helps a lot, but i prefer to race with it off

PS: Sorry for the bad english.
