the damage is the same at lv 0 as it is at lv 40. Premiums have the best damage, Rally premiums are the best of them all

Yes, full damage is cool, if only just for photo-mode... I don't appreciate having to run my car through the Chassis Maintenance every time I accidentally scrub the wall... and you'd better believe it - a hard enough tap to the front quarterpanel on some cars will make them simply inoperable from a steering point of view until such maintenance is performed...

Out of all my bad driving habits, and the 1000s of walls that I've hit with one car or another, I've only had it happen to me once that my car became non drivable after colliding with an object. But it seems that you have to hit a ton of things without heading to the chassis maintenance before that happens.
