Do you really have to apply the handbrake every time when you're waiting at an intersection or other obstruction?

If you are expecting to wait more than 5 seconds then you are expected to apply the handbrake, the person in this video seemed a little eager to apply the handbrake.

Ah, sorry man, I was watching it without sound when I stumbled upon it, watched the first 30 seconds and thought it would be funny. Had no idea it would have that much swearing in it considering its supposedly an official training viddeo!

Wont happen again.
