Fully Customisable Tranmission - why isnt it 'fully customisable'?

Help.,

In previous GTs when you bought this, you could change any ratio you wanted to. Now all I get is a slider for 'top speed', while the individual ratios are greyed out.

Help? Someone else must actually tune the gears, it's probably the most important of all the mods out there.

It could have to do with the level that your at. Maybe with a higher level...it opens up more options. IDK

Yeah, I always got the fully customizable for one of two reasons. To adjust the rear diff (final drive), or to change the gear spread (difference in engine RPMs between each gear).

Not being able to do one or the other is not cool
