Fully upgraded Dodge Viper coupe 06 (Help needed)

I have a fully upgraded Viper with soft racing tires but I am kind of new to tuning. Anyone have any suggestions of how I should tune it?
Also what does oversteer and understeer mean exactly?

Oversteer and understeer aren't hard to figure out, just look that up on the net.

Once you get a feel for how the car handles you can come back and tell us what you think needs work. If the car wants to step out, if it turns in too soon, if it doesn't turn in enough, things like that.
