fun sport combinations!

I've been thinking of som fun sports or activites that could be combined. I love paintballing and snowboarding...I think it would be fun to do both at the same time! or riding atv's and paintballing...I think I'll try those two.

Are there any activites you think would be a fun combination?

Auto racing and flying. Wait, what am i saying, that already exists, it's called the Indy Racing League!

Maybe a cross between football and hockey? On ice with skates!

When we were in college, my housemates and I cam up with cross-country mud curling as a sport.

We also used to play storm sewer golf. Everybody gets a 5-iron and a putter, and a bucket of used balls from the driving range split among the players. Then you cruise around the neighborhood from gutter to gutter, fewest shots down the hole wins.
 
Soccer and Wrestling (i.e. hardcore soccer). It's quite fun, there are no rules abot penalties or anything regarding other people, but you can't touch the ball with your hands or arms. It's so much fun...

No, it's called the Reno Air Races. 400 knots, 50 feet off the deck. Amazing thing to behold.

Yeah, but these things are purpose built for flying, and they're not race cars. An IRL car is just poorly designed...

I didn't even think they raced planes like that anymore. I haven't seen something like that in ages!
 
I know it is off topic, but are there a lot of restored mustangs in the states? I know that there are only a few airborne Spits and Hurris in the world, and probably fewer ME's
 
I hate basketball. But, if you added a bit of hockey to it like the power play and body checking. Basketball would be a lot cooler to watch.

I thought it was Sunny Bono that died in a Skiing/Football accident. I know he died in a skiing accident for sure. That's why I made the joke about skiing and football. :)

Huh..I wonder which Kennedy it was then. I could've sworn it was Bono, but CNN usually has accurate information. Now it's going to annoy me all day until I can figure out who it was. :lol:

EDIT: Just found the answer. You were right. It was Michael Kennedy. What a stupid way to die.
