Basically, this paper was about a chinese man who was kidnapped. The AE86 was the car of this man, and the picture says that the kidnappers didn't want to steal anything. They just wanted to kidnap the man.

We know obviously that the picture was directed to ricers. Especifically, Honda's Type-Rs. A muscle car is guaranteed to kill a ricer in a dragstrip. The point of the picture was that ricers think they are fast, while they aren't. Wheelstand means axle twist, rather than forward motion, meaning poor acceleration. But that doesn't stop the fact that ricers would love to do wheelstands. After all, with 200kg in stereo and other stupid things, does it really matter?
