No, it's a reference to a completely different Carmen San Diego that also happens to be missing.
 
Anyone remember the kids game show? Its how I learned the locations of the states! (I'm Canadian, so its not like I had them drilled into my head while I was in school)
 
Ya, but I almost never watched it. I used to go camping with my grandparents so it wasn't that hard.

Pi day was founded in America, wasn't it? (Well, Kalifornia.)

But since you guy put your date order backwards, you can use 22/7 if you want.
 
Pi itself wasn't though.

Also 3/14 != 3.14, 3/14 = 0.21
